Better to be careful, Anzo's floating shares 124 million only. They can easily push up +10 sen and push it back down.

I don't do daily trading but good luck to you too and all of you guys.

No need, there's a lot more irrelevant posts. Haha like this.

Not you. It's ok, I guess this forum is too active until all the messages have gone to the top :P.

I find it funny when people who just joined this keep repeating some points as if he was the first to post when it's been discussed earlier. So bigdaddycool wanna explain iwcity?

stayfocused, depends on the price they bought the warrant. If 3 weeks ago, less than 10 sen per warrant, so plus ex price, should probably break even. If they got for free, their cost is 25 sen.
No need to guess, it's all sharks in the sea with small fishes.

Just printscreen whatever conversation, save for future use if necessary.

I really wish I was wrong. I don't mind being wrong at all. All the best to those who bought.

Guys, I've seen this before. When it didn't happen, the person involved would turn around and say, hah why did you trust someone you've never met with your money.

Ivan2222, I don't know, I don't dare to buy anzo, but what you've stated gave hope to a lot of retailers who lost a lot. If tomorrow didn't happen as what you said, you are, like it or not responsible for whatever savings that these people have poured and might not get back.
2017-04-19 15:25 | Report Abuse
Baharuddin Ishak, Anzo only got 124 million float affected shares out of 304million shares total. I don't think you can use that to pick entry points anymore. It's all sharks in the sea now.

boldrun88, Malton is good, Iwcity...hmmm they have a lot to prove at current price. RM2 profit within 1 month due to the Royal connection and some upcoming projects. As for Malton, they bring in a lot more every quarter and still at RM1.4++ .
But this is an Anzo thread. So.. :P

They are not in a rush to push mother price if you ask me. At the moment, OR subscriptions already at least will give them RM10 million from Dato Goh subscription alone, give and take they probably get another RM15-20 millions at least based on 2nd and last day of OR trading. Warrant B exercise price is only RM0.05 and OR subscribers get them for free. WA ex price is RM0.1 and maturing next year. So not really a good place for contra.

yep, what lclwyp and newrookie said.
2017-04-19 11:11 | Report Abuse
I don't know. I hope for shareholders sake, the mgmt are genuinely working hard to turn the company around and they actually got plans in the pipe. A big no no for contra.

Kien Fu, because they come out with good news everytime they want something from investors, some of us got trapped at higher prices.

bursanewbie, yes you are correct on that eps part, but
from the link that I gave, "The dilution of shares commonly leads to a corresponding decline in share price, at least in the near term. The effect of a private placement offering on share price is similar to the effect of a company doing a stock split. "
An example of how I understand it (simplified, I couldn't find the exact formula):
On first day we have 1000 shares valued at RM1, after PP, lets say we have 300 PP at RM0.8, so total value of these, is RM1240. This value is divided by the supposedly value without discount which is 1300 shares x RM1 = RM1300 and we'll get RM0.95.
Correct me if I'm wrong though, more than willing to learn.

Not weird ck_eyong, the warrant doesn't receive much attention. Even when mother was around 0.5-0.6, it was around this level.

By the way, I can't wait to see where will my bullish harami go LOL. Now I understand the excitement behind these technical speculations/predictions.
2017-04-19 07:44 | Report Abuse
TrippleZ, I just read the announcement, there's some truth in what you said, but twice in less than 3 weeks? Unless it's immediately followed by some development updates.
Why can't you sleep Ivan2222? Are you inside? If the syndicate really want to drive price up, why would they even give clues?
2017-04-18 13:21 | Report Abuse
That is truest of truth gohkimhock.
pengwin, we can go back and forth and this will never end. So I'm just gonna leave this at that. I'm not too keen on technicals, as far as I'm concerned, any parties with enough fund, can influence a chart movement to be technically ideal if they want to. But they are there as a rough guide for me.
Lunch time!

You can ask those questions about Anzo and any other counters including Pworth and I will not have answers.
2017-04-18 12:51 | Report Abuse
That's why I don't have it. I'm following it closely because if this deal happens, Anzo, could probably finally turn around. And Pworth is for value investing? Pworth's movement also looked syndicate controlled to me.
2017-04-18 12:41 | Report Abuse
just to throw this out there, pengwin, when I look at the Anzo chart, with my limited candlestick knowledge, I see a bullish harami. Am I right? Or are you the only one who is right? :P
So far, I don't think it's fake news, it involved a very big company group, one which was listed in a top500 in 2015. Scam? As in they might cancel the project? Maybe, but that's why it's non legally binding yet. All projects are like that, especially big ones. My opinion, I thought Anzo had a better chance of securing the project since Anzo's big boss is also a major shareholder for the company giving out the project. Now, I'm just waiting for UMA reply.
Pworth? Not now. Thanks.

pengwin's intention is showing. LOL.

For me, kgroup might release more updates to get people to subscribe to OR and/or exercise their warrants A/B. If you read the conditional award letter, the first condition is about funding/financing. The best within reach is the monies from these OR subscription and warrants. But we'll see. People are being cautious after all the drama in Bursa yesterday.
2017-04-18 09:15 | Report Abuse
Looks like a lot of sellers want to get out or another price control by sharks.

not my risk appetite, but if UMA reply is good, then maybe.
2017-04-18 08:21 | Report Abuse
bursanewbie, you are right on the concept, but after the placement, there will be an increase in number of shares, and price will be adjusted accordingly. I came across the formula not too long ago, now I cannot find it haha. You can try searching for it.

For us retailers, instead of buying before the dilution, in my opinion, it would be best to buy after the dilution. I could be wrong though, they could push the price up before that especially if the 2nd QR in late May is good. They have until August to carry out the PP. Those big companies, they have their own coffer, we are using our personal savings and so on. That's my idea lah.
2017-04-17 21:59 | Report Abuse
Eh XOX wasn't goreng from the bottom to RM0.70..it was after consolidation of 2 shares to 1. I can't quite remember what was the price before consolidation but I think around 20-30 sen, and then became 50-60 sen before a high of 70 sen.

"Anzo’s managing director and major shareholder Datuk Chai Woon Chet, is also an executive director and major shareholder of KNSB.

One of the reasons I'm following this closely, because it's like already in one hand to me. Just waiting for a legally binding document to have both hands on the prize.

This is a forum, as long as the conversation is civil, no harm in discussing.
At least by sharing some of the details, can give some rough ideas. To me, I think Dnex is a good counter. But when you bring in syndicates and all that, I think you can pretty much throw to the side all TAs, FAs and whatever.

pakatan_harapan2, pity these people if the answer is gonna be like that. Like someone said, they've got UMA twice already. Both times, retailers suffer the most when in fact they kept airing good news here and there.
tjunkie, it wasn't a rumour. It's legit news. The saying 'sell on news' is being abused to the max as if it's the legal right for those who got access to early updates to get money from the general public. But then again, it gives you the idea of the people behind it.
From the UMA announcement:
"In light of the above and in order for investors to be able to make informed investment decisions.." how much more informed can the general public be other than relying on news/announcement etc?
2017-04-17 20:26 | Report Abuse
For warrant price? That I have no comment :) . I guess it's the rule of supply and demand. A lot of these guys here bought at a very very low price and unwilling to let go until certain level.
As for performance wise, they've just ventured into OnG in 2016, and started winning contracts last year too. That's when thing's looked like they are improving.

kpyap2008, fgv got 2 billion floating shares, how much move on active day? Anzo only 124 million floating shares, not even half a day and 40 million volume moved. We don't know which one is unique, which ones are the same units being passed from left to right. At the time of typing 1265 transactions took place already. Can you tell which is intra, which is t4, how many are holding?
