I still recalled an invitation of wagyu lunch. Luckily, i didn't go for the free lunch. It's a very expensive lesson to some people.

Jtiasa up 100% from 70 sen in 6 months. Therefore, It's overvalued base on the above facts (price movement). I would expect this statement come out from a novice only.

Don't make me laugh of being ...when Jtiasa turn into JtiaDa during the price correction. We have been in i3 for more than 10 years seeing things up and down.

It's simple to do benchmarking the upstream plantation within its peers with the combination of valuation market cap per hectare (or replanting costs), gearing level, P/E ratio and dividend yield.

3i is stucked in denial stage. Share price up from 70 cents to 1.4 now after you keep putting out the hot fire with cold water. Stuck in ego problem ke? We will see Jtiasa to trade above 2.0 within 6 months.

Jtiasa is merely catching up slowly with its peers valuation. It remains far to reach on par with them. Vroom!

Similar pattern again since 90 cents. Can we overcome our fear? Hahaha

Jtiasa, the current price, reminds me of wagyu story years ago.

Benchmarking is a yardstick to predict the fair price. But, of course, people like i think, i guess to avoid trouble of cracking head or learning further.

I was one of the biggest critic in Jtiasa when the company were reported very sluggished performance and high debt. Now, We must admit that things (facts) had changed fundamentally supported with strong balance sheet (net cash in bank) and profits from the operations.

Keep dragging out old stories proving you are right rather than focus in making money from turnaround scenario? Very smart but do you know how your past experiences and perceptions tricking you? One final question. Are you living 'NOW'?

Finally, Jtiasa has turned into a net cash company. The company can save another RM 20m in interest expense from paying off all loans or earn interest from the banks on its excess cash.

PAT is almost 50m and up to my expectation but i did not expect any impairment Biological Assets losses. Excellent QR.

Stock

Not enough catalyst to move the entire sector since CPO remains about RM 4k.

Stock

PAT 50 million is good enough in upcoming annoucement. Big boys don't like short term traders in Jtiasa.

Jtiasa's FFB production for Jan 2024 is the highest for Jan in the last 10 years. Haha

Price up 90% after 6 months. Adding another 60% from the current level in next 6 months.

Benchmark with market Cap of SOP is sufficient to fetch the FV of Jtiasa since both companies owned similar size of planted lands in Sarawak. Ignore TAAN.

Stock

2 months ago | Report Abuse

If the market cap of SOP and TAAN increase by 20% from the existing level, FV of Jtiasa would be ,obviously, up by another 20%.

Stock

2 months ago | Report Abuse

It depends on Mr Market and always benchmarking the market valuation of SOP and TAAN.

Next week, it would change into Jaya Tiada again. Dingdong until above RM 2.

Stock

Rerating. Target to trade on par with SOP market cap.

Don't let those short term traders and free riders making money easily. Get rid of them.

I am expecting another few more rounds of Jaya Tiada in the next 6 months before achieving the target price.

Shouting Jaya Tiada again? I have been listening few times all the way from 60+ until now. Enjoy your show. Hahaha

Why Jtiasa reported low profit in 2022 during CPO price bull run? The reason is mainly attributed to low FFB production resulting from serious labor shortage in harvesting fruits. The downward spiral effect did not stop in harvesting. It impacted get into lacking labor for the application of fertilizer and upkeep of the productive lands.

Upstream plantation player re-rating is merely targeting Jtiasa nia. A long way to catch up the SOP market cap.

Stock

Calvin, your valuation model is exaggerated and it might only happen if CPO price trades above RM 6k per ton. Max 2.40 to trade on par with SOP & TAAN in current valuation.

Morever, mixture of unplanted lands plus planted lands sold by Rsawit price RM 16.6k per hectare which is much higher than existing Jtiasa planted lands RM 12k per hectare. Share buyback is a better option than acquisition of new lands.

Stock

2023-12-21 21:37 | Report Abuse

Better not to sell to Jtiasa. Investors might suspect Jtiasa bailing out debt laden Rsawit.

Stock

2023-12-21 21:23 | Report Abuse

Rsawit sold most of their unplanted lands and old trees. Young and prime mature lands represents merely 2,609 hectares out of 9,935 hectares.

Merely moderate news in plantation sector. Rerating is targeting to Jtiasa only. Of course, price down means JtiaDa to some.

Stock

Mind blowing PAT 63m after excluding BA gain. TP remain RM 2.

Stock
