In share market, we keep training our mind towards extreme manners either being logical or follow our emotions to make a decision. In an extreme situation (very bullish and very bearish), both may and may not work effectively in short and mid term. Therefore, cut-loss strategy is the best way to avoid falling into the trap.

We don’t look for logic in investing for short and mid term in extreme situation like what’s happening now. It doesn’t mean that the non existence of logical inter-relationship. It could be merely mean that’s we haven’t discovered it yet. To make it simple, it just happened like that and nothing else...to avoid mind boggling and keep boggling without an answer.

Normally, it’s triggered by margin call in SAM or other companies. Investors don’t buy SAM alone and pledge to IB....it’s more complex in pledging their shares. Some more , investors got plenty of reasons in selling their shares. In normal situation, we hardly see the share price exists a logical inter-relationship between them.

While the whole market is melting down, nothing can be done to against the trend as de-rating becomes a yardstick after comparing with other companies.

I am not interested in China figures. I am only interested in the newest satellite images in comparison with last year.,...to see what’s the condition of their sky to have some clue about resuming of factories operations or activities of the big cities.

It is still OK for being positive whilst taking some precautionary measures to protect ourselves.

Europe and US are unable to hid the real figures for long since internet is not subjecting censorship. CCP is 100% controlling internet and medias. It is up to a CCP what news for their people to read.

It could be a reduction of infection cases in China but the figures reported to WHO is obviously bogus after checking indirect evidence of the situation in Wuhan.

As a rookie in 1998, I was almost bankrupt when KLCI crashed below 300 points. Cut loss and left Bursa for few years then started save money to pay for the debt.

I don't care what is happening in China bourse cause I don't invest there. it's non of my business. I only focus in Bursa to eliminate this kind of unnecessary risks. it's part of risk management.

I don't really care how well of China is in terms of infrastructure. I only know there is whole bunch of red chip reporting bogus financial figures in both Malaysia and Singapore.

I have never monitored the development of China reported figures. It has been beautified by CCP.

If you respect coronavirus and its danger , you would have escaped this crisis.

For Donald, US election is on November! So he needs to make sure this coronavirus thingy will be dealt with as soon as possible hence why he declare state of emergency even when the figure is very small! He wants to make sure USA free from coronavirus asap!

Trump administration proposed budget of 2.5 billion in combating coronavirus but the congress approved 8.3 billion. From this, you can see the Trump willingnes to deal with the crisis. what a joke!

US is expected a big jump in infection cases when they start launching free coronavirus test for their people. Currently, it costs US 1331 for a person and many are unaffordable to go for the test. There are about 13.7% of adult uninsured rate or 45 million people.
