If a company has no borrowings or low borrowings can they go bankrupt if you don't owe money to bank, friends or financial institution?

Their cash in the bank is more than enough to cover all their liabilities.

No one or Company can be low in debt, SO ARBB IS A STOCK ON WHICH YOU CAN BUY AND SLEEP SOUNDLY.

2) HIGH NTA

I do not know why so many analysts or retailers start to use NTA as a valuation-base. I used to heard of PER being popularly used, perhaps ... P/B too. But NTA? Why every tom-dick now talking about the NTA of companies when we are trading/investing? Who started the NTA game? The NTA of ARBB is HIGH NTA value ... therefore, it is under-valued.

Price/NTA = 106.1%

So WHY NOT BUY ARBB? GO AHEAD.

To list a good business. It will take 5 years and alot of ding dong with SC and underwriters.

The fast way getting a company listed is to acquire dying listed business, and use it to buy the profitable business. And report QoQ 4 digit growth. Once the conversion of preference share completes; it will rocket. Can hold for next 2 quarter and if the MOU and Contract materialise and converts to revenue. Else, you are right...it's a con job.

It is true that if the business is good, why waste time going through the whole IPO
process which takes a longer route. So why not buying over a company that is not profitable and see how they can diversify their business risk. If you are a businessman. I am sure that you would not want to see your company making losses. That would make you cant sleep every night later.

There are not much of conversion of preference shares left i guess? MOU can turn into MOA/Contract or it might not. I think its up to the company to decide whether they want to work with the other company. I dont think the management is like a 3 year old kid playing sand just signing all the mou's turning into contract. Everyone makes have a choice to make their decision carefully. And it's proven that the company is growing and working on to get more MOA/contracts.Its just that now that they are in the state of MOU.

Just my 2 cents.

naaaa, i don agree superb99, arbb is not jus a goreng counter. it is an IT company that has many mou on hands thx to dato liew, he managed to get so many projects to turn a dead company to live and marching towards the global trend.arbb could be a long term counter that has potential to gradually increase to rm1 in the future.
