What's next? Depends on HS game plan towards RI ....by offering 5 gets 6 & every 2 gets 1 free warrant.....we'll not as attractive as first RI 2013 every 10 gets 41 RI & free warant.....so share dilution will not be as great as 1st RI 2013. Nevertheless depends who is the main player to secure the RI without public funds......If HS has this in placed, then no need to drive the price up before. RI or wait till completion of RI then will then drive the price up......

《Reuters》報導，國際原油價格上漲作收，市場波動短期之內恐持續不斷。

今日國際原油價格在德國 GDP 優於市場預期、美國鑽油台減少的消息帶動下，上漲作收。資料顯示，本週美國境內鑽油台數量再度減少，目前還有 1056 座正常運作中，顯示美國產油業者確實無法承受低油價壓力。

許多分析師跟交易員相信，目前全球原油供過於求量大約在每日 200 萬桶左右，目前並沒有任何跡象顯示供需失調的情況得到改善，因此持續看壞原油後勢表現。不過近期油價卻大幅反彈，本周上漲近 6%，本月以來更上漲近 16%。

分析師表示，油價已經處於下跌趨勢整整七個月之久，在基本面沒有改變的情況下，反彈應只是短期的。只是目前市場上可能有些投機交易加大原油漲勢，投資人應持續注意價格波動風險。

美國輕原油期貨上漲 3.1%，收在每桶 52.78 美元。

美國工會發動9座煉油廠工人大罷工

美國煉油廠工人工會在與資方就新的全國合約進行談判破裂後，發動九座煉油廠工人大罷工。這是自1980年以來，首次出現全國性石油工人工潮。(謝佐人報導)

代表石油工人的美國「聯合鋼鐵工人工會」自上個月21號就開始與多家大型石油公司談判，協商一份新的三年工作合約，雙方先後就五項議案進行談判，都沒有達成共識，因此工會發動九座煉油廠工人舉行大罷工。

工會副主席「康威」在聲明中指出，石油產業已是全球最有錢的行業，但業者卻拒不妥協，歸根究底就是業者太貪心，不肯做任何積極的改變，仍舊將生產及營利放在員工的健康及安全之上。

根據談判方案，工會要求加薪幅度比前一次合約增加一倍，並提高健保給付，減少雇用非工會工人。

不過，資方不同意，談判破局。這起罷工適逢石油公司面臨困境，因為全球油價暴跌，已導致各大石油公司極力緊縮成本，節約開銷。

石油公司表示，將審查罷工造成的影響；而荷蘭皇家「殼牌」石油公司則表示，希望能儘快重啟談判。上一次美國石油工人舉行全國罷工是在1980年，前後持續了三個月。(中廣記者謝佐人在台北報導)(照片取材自網路)

週一油價延續上週五的漲勢，除了部分交易商與投資人回補空單外，美國煉油廠罷工行動引發產量疑慮，原油期貨價格震盪走揚。

由於上週五油價尾盤狂飆，部分投資人預期油價連跌七個月已觸底，但仍有部分投資人對油價仍維持悲觀。

布蘭特原油上漲1.45美元，收在54.44美元，為1月2日以來最高水準。

3月期西德州中級原油上漲1.33美元，收在49.57美元。根據《彭博》，所有期貨交易量皆在100日線上逾61%。

3月汽油期貨大漲4.5%至1.5446美元，為12月以來最高。

Tradition Energy in Stamford的資深分析師Gene McGillian表示，交易商又回到市場裡買進。這是上週五空單回補的延續，市場認為原油產量將減少。

代表全美逾200個煉油廠、油碼頭和化學廠員工的工會，由於無法取得新的勞工合約，於週日在9處展開全國性罷工。美國自1980年起就沒有發生過全國性罷工的事件，當時的罷工持續了三個月。罷工中的煉油廠日產量為182萬桶原油。

根據Baker Hughes，上週美國鑽油塔數目降至三年低點，為1223座。八週以來共有352座停工。

和訊網：石油和黃金價格都在下行，您認為是進入的好時機了嗎？

吉姆-羅杰斯：石油和黃金我認為是很好的投資機會，這兩樣我都持有，但是暫時不買進，但我也沒有賣出的意愿，有機會還是會進行繼續購買的。

和訊網：最近的低油價會不會成為一種新常態？您怎么判斷能源市場走勢？新能源投資還有沒有機會？

吉姆羅杰斯：去年能源價格下降很多，一方面，美國在擠兌沙特，在一定程度上傾銷石油。同時，美國也在和伊朗進行談判，去年夏天，因為他們的談判土崩瓦解了，美國還想繼續在伊朗身上施壓。美國也在和俄羅斯進行這方面的磋商，但是，美國對於沙特做的事情，既傷害伊朗市場，也傷害俄羅斯的市場。這種做法在一定程度上見效了，因為石油價格下來了。但是，是人為的把價格控制在低位的。世界各地石油的儲備都在不斷減少，而我們使用石油的速度快於探明石油的速度。當前是不是該買石油或能源股呢？當前我沒有買，但現在或者在未來一兩年我們已經看到了國際油價的觸底。但是，這種狀況又很好的幫助中國、日本等我投資的市場。這就是我在日本和中國投資的原因，因為油價的下跌，確實在這些市場開辟了新的機遇，出去你是一個很精明的中間商或者股票交易商的話，在未來，我覺得你是可以購進石油或者能源股的，因為它們可能會上漲。 http://vdata.tool.hexun.com/2015-02-02/172978049.mp4
