Sumatec has proven its business is legitimate and tangible from regularisation to Q3.

Be realistic.
Accept the fact that Sumatec is in severe downtrend.
Not only Sumatec, other counters also affected by the bearish oil price and KLSE.
OPEC decision has nailed the crude oil price to stay low and downward.
Just let the bearish crude oil and Sumatec price take its own course to stabilise.

As mentioned earlier, below USD60 is Sumatec breakeven.
Currently Brent is lingering around USD70, another USD10 to go – so let it be.

Sumatec to go RM0.185 (net asset), to RM0.14 (par value) or further down – let it be.
Sumatec more or less is tied with oil price volatility.
Management, TSHS or investors not supporting Sumatec price is an acute business decision.
What is the need to spend to fight against the bearish crowd and market sentiment – let it be.
Follow the flow…..

Already paper loss/cut loss/averaged down – let it be.
Stay sideline and if possible standby bullet.

Lamenting emotionally everyday on the price drop is not good for health.
Swing your mood and emotion, be positive.
Instead of moaning, be eagerly waiting to grab Sumatec share (of course not now…).

Falling oil prices may be good news if you're a US and European consumer. But it will have terrible consequences for the economy of countries that rely on high oil prices.

This is a big political game. And if oil prices continue falling, expect to see unrest and disaster for certain countries.

Let me explain... Take a look at this chart of oil.

You will notice that the pulse signal that "fired" in August on the weekly chart of oil sent oil significantly lower. Crude Oil is down 30% since then - that is nearly 3000 points!

Pulse signals are explosive which why it is important to watch out for them (and not fight them).

Something else that is worth noting: the average pulse signal lasts only 8 to 10 bars. The one on oil has lasted 17 bars so far! That is far beyond the probable.

This means that oil's downward momentum may be about to fizzle out. It does NOT mean that we will buy oil at this point, only that oil's decline is running out of steam.

Once oil can break and close above the downward trendline shown on the chart (see red line), we could see oil rally back to $75 - and possibly $80.

In the meantime, we will see hard financial pressure on many countries that rely on high oil prices.

Venezuela is going to be a key victim of this "political war on oil". The country is already facing a major deficit and needs oil at $150 to breakeven financially.

Unless oil prices can rally back higher, Iran, Russian and Venezuela are going to be squeezed hard economically.

In the recent OPEC meeting (a meeting of 12 countries that decide the rate of production of oil) they decided to keep the supply of oil unchanged. This sent oil prices falling.

A number of reasons have been blamed for this:

1) Oil rich countries know that US oil independence is around the corner. So they want to keep the price of oil low to compete with shale oil;

2) Deliberate pressure is being placed on Russia (Putin) and Iran to come to the negotiation table; and...

3) Saudi Arabia wants oil prices lower to secretly help China. China is the largest consumer of Saudi oil - and it is believed low oil prices are a favour for China.

Whatever the real reasons are, for most of us in Europe and US, we can look forward to lower prices at the pump for now.

Looiks Ozzie that 50 if all oil well developed as planned. At the moment if 60, Suma wl still be in profit. 4th QR wl show that. Profit margin on 3rdQ shows profit margin of 58% on average price of 100. If Suma start drilling new well, Cost per barrell wl be increased but low oil price wl lower the rate of Rig rental. .....he...he.... Gas revenue was waitg for the LPG plant by PDZ. Better u store it down there as if take it out wl incured cost of storage. Meaning gas reserved was there waitg to be monetised. Not to worry so much but the best thing if u got xtra money is just wait for the rebound and select the 'best of 3 choices' for max ROI.
