Last few days trading enuf to complete tranx before christmas could be good for boxing day shopping....he...he... No need to be suprised as I said before the BE is a done deal tranx and held by friendly party. Be patient to read 4QR to get better picture as the deal was done on sept before making yr move. 　（紐約15日訊）股神巴菲特是近代最受推崇的投資大師，近來再度兌現他的投資格言“在別人恐懼時貪婪，在別人貪婪時恐懼”，在油價暴跌之際，宣布出手“抄底”石油與天然氣相關資產。

　外媒報導指出，巴菲特旗下波克夏公司日前宣布，向私募基金Arsenal Capital Partners收購石油和化工業的第三方物流提供商Charter Brokerage，業務範圍主要集中于北美的油氣相關行業，但未宣布詳細交易內容。

　巴菲特這項投資正值油價下跌之際，部分市場人士認為股神已開始“抄底”，對此巴菲特則指出，收購目標擁有高素質業務，財務表現一貫強勁，非常適合加入波克夏的大家庭。

國際投資大腕看好

　然而不只是巴菲特，一些投資大鱷也開始發出抄底信號，美國散戶也很跟得上潮流地開始逆勢操作。

　《第一財經日報》報導指出，黑石集團董事長施瓦茨曼指出，現在是投資能源業最好時機，一些能源企業會重組、一些會遭淘汰，這些都會是很好的投資機會。

　美國凱雷投資集團創始人魯賓斯坦也認為，目前油價尚未觸底，或還會在一段時間維持較低水平，不過能源業還是很誘人，是投資良機。

　美國個人投資者也已看準時機，券商分析600萬客戶上月交易后發現，連續2個月降低波動性風險，持續為淨買家，並且買進石油能源股，若油價已跌至底部，股票將反彈。

I don't think it's advisable to enter now........Suma is making lower low every day.....not a good sign to enter yet......we need to monitor WTI & BRENT prices.......still not stable.....

I really think we need to stay out of O&G counter.........bottom fishing is a NO NO.....

Noraini Ismail Ring.......no oil producers can withstand the drop in oil price if get below WTI 60.
Suma since onshore cost probablly $40 - $50 or may be lower.......not producing much yet (less than 2000 bpd ) to export to Europe but mainly for Kazakstan own consumption. (Captured market)......but still Suma will feel the hit or maybe get some scratches but not fatal......Suma need to be prudent next year as to handle this oil turmoil.

We need to see WTI break resistance 70, 80. If this happen then oil prices rebound then Suma will aggressively start drilling......the drop in oil prices has been factored judging from the O&G counters almost reaching 2 year low & below ipo prices........
I think the devil is not OPEC or US oil producers.......in short term the commodities speculators are the one driving the oil prices down to take advantage of over supply........
Gone are the days to see WTI or Brent be above $100.

Ring The sharp oil price fall from $100 last summer will bankrupt small US oil producers who need at least $80 per barrel to be profitable. It's as shame because the dream of US energy independence may never realize. Meanwhile OPEC producers are seizing this opportunity to keep prices just below and thin out competitors.

joerakmo DH much as anyone else wants to believe that;it cannot last forever, BE is already part of Sumatec(last qtr result) and that may be temporary arrangement till the RI or acquisition completion.
Can Suma operate as cost plus contrator to BE....I dunno...

vitac Virus t if i not mistaken sumatec produce oil at cost above 80 per berrel, now price was down below 70 per barrel so they are making loss for every barrel produce, so be careful...
