迪耐在去年9月，获政府延长NSW相关合约，为期2年，至2018年9月24日。

在迪耐持有13.47%股权的再纳阿比丁向市场预警，若政府在明年决定不再延长迪耐的NSW服务合约，该公司的营业额可能会按年下挫30%至40%。

因此，迪耐必须在NSW合约届满前，加快发展其他IT业务和能源领域，填补NSW收入来源的空缺。

“公司不断推出多项产品服务，如公路收费（Road Charge，RC）及外国车辆入境准证（Vehicle Entry Permit，VEP）系统合约，以及电子签证，主要原因是减少对NSW的依赖。”

截至去年杪的2016财年，IT业务占总营业额1亿7846万令吉的83%，或1亿4955万令吉。

对于2017财年表现，他维持早前提出的计划，放眼IT业务和能源业务，为迪耐带来相若的营收贡献。

转进能源水供

“公司正为能源业务，参与竞标数个资产收购，也在再生能源上持续专注小型发电厂项目。”

迪耐持股30%的Ping石油私人有限公司，正竞标一块与旗下ANASURIA油田有着相似属性的旧油气资产，预计下半年公布结果。

迪耐也在印尼也有一项小型的水力独立发电厂项目。

有望获泰入境车合约

再纳阿比丁也说，由于过去曾有多次和政府合作的项目，因此，未来获得政府其他合约的可能性也较大。

不过完成策略转型后，该公司也不再是官联企业，因此，虽然有上述优势，但仍须极力推出更多新科技和资讯产品，扩大收入来源。

再纳阿比丁提到，在首日推出当天，已获得数百名外劳前来完成注册，不过，他没有透露至今透过该公司平台注册的人数。

“据政府的数据，国内约有60万名非法外劳，我们预测，若当中20万名外劳前来公司柜台注册，今年收入将达600万令吉。”

迪耐上个月15日，受Bukit Megah私人有限公司委任为该签证系统服务供应商。
