Kuring2, wow no cut loss when the price dropped from rm2 to rm0.73 last month? Next it moved back to rm1.30++. I cut loss and made a 12k loss. Overall I still made 10k profit from Esceramic. Now I m waiting for opportunity again as esceramic yet to release good results.

what Sapura needs to do at the near term is to clean up its management and debts. With new top guns on the top with the BOD, I think this is what PNB is trying to do.

Your absolute value still the same as now you would have 2 shares value at 0.80. that would give u rm1.6k. for those who bought above 1.80. you would need to wait for the adjusted price to reach 0.90 to break even.

I'm estimating this based on 1.60 before ex date. If the price lower than 1.60, then the adjusted price would be lower too.

For those who bought above RM1.80, you guys would need to wait for 6-9 months to break even provided Esceramic reports continuous better results for the next 3 quarters. If only normal results, then you guys are trapped in it forever.

I read somewhere that it was 400k/month but that was like 3-4 years ago figure. If they have been growing, the capacity number should be higher now. Problem is that the management never updated the market on their manufacturing stats and ASP. less branding and marketing to promote the company.

But if you notice, the share price did not appreciate at all until recently due to Covid 19. My point is whether there really a growth for this company or just purely goreng due to Covid 19? Another question is whether the management is taking the opportunity to grow their market share or they just maintain status quo and not growing? The past results did not reflect much growth. Yet to find out their capacity volume in producing formers. Do you happen to know of their capacity and also the ASP for a former?

EPS 6:
PE 20 = RM1.20
PE 25 = RM1.50
PE 30 = RM1.80

EPS 8:
PE 20 = RM1.60
PE 25 = RM2.00
PE 30 = RM2.40

Bear in mind that this is based on fundamental tabulation and not based on what the market is going to value Esceramic.

Collect and keep for 6-9 months for the growth. EPS 6-8 and PE 20-30.

catalan, hand former can last from 12 months - 18 months depending on the usage. Looking at how the glove companies been operating non stop and full production, their former mostly would be wear and tear by 12 months. So now the questions to ask:

1. How much more would the glove companies order in order to replace their wear and tear former?
2. Would the glove companies increase their stocks of former in order to avoid the delay of supplies of former?
3. How much more former would glove companies order for their existing and future expansion?
4. Would Esceramic increase their former price and to what extent?
5. What is the current lead time of waiting before the glove companies receive their former? Is it still maintaining or need to wait much longer?
6. Is there any avenue for Esceramic to expand its production of former in the short and mid term? Can the production be ramped up to 95% utilization now?

The CEO has been quiet as a mouse and did not update anything about the above at all.

kuring2, that is only based on my calculation and only if Esceramic deliver good results. we never know how the bosses play. may release a poor result in Oct 2020 to depress the price again.

Whatever happened last week was pure goreng and not fundamental. Fundamental wise would depends on the coming results as Esceramic yet to reflect its better results due to covid 19. The boss would be silly if he doesn't increase the ASP too since all his clients are reaping significant profits.

Kuring2, if u stuck at 1.90 and bought double the amount of shares at 0.5, your average would be around 0.97 which is a possible price to break even or even make profit after 2 quarters of significant growth and profit on Esceramic. Just TP 1.50 for EPS 6.0 x PE25.

if 0.5, i will buy 50 share lots to average down my holding now. 0.5 would be a steal since ESOS at 0.615. Cheaper than what the staffs and directors can get. hahaha.

0.615 is the lowest but no one would sell at that price if no profit. So, 0.7 could be the lowest it can go due to esos.

ESOS at 0.615. that's the lowest you can go. Give a 15%-20% for director to profit, that would be around 0.745. Esceramic has already reached back its fundamental price.

if you want to trade in fast and quick, this is no longer the counter for you as the goreng already ended since last week. For those who can keep for the next 2-3 quarters, what's value that is in store for Esceramic. Think for yourself and enter the right price. I had played 2 rounds with Esceramic and made some profit and i also got stuck at 1.50++ now. Am I going to average down? That depends on how low Esceramic can go. No doubt I am going to collect more if it goes below RM0.90 and I wonder this would happen by this Friday since it drops averagely 15% per day for last 3 days. another 2 days of 15% correction would be lower than RM0.90

still no news or announcement on why sudden the push....wont be JV or oil price up. these two news wont be able to push that high up.

Now gonna revise to EPS 8 due to recent superb results from Supermax.

Revised TP from EPS 4 to EPS 6. Reason is that Covid 19 is more severe and prolong than anticipated especially in America regions.

EPS 6:

PE 35 = RM2.10
PE 30 = RM1.80
PE 25 = RM1.50

so, what s the news behind the uptrend? CEO resign? Manage to refinance? or PNB pump in extra billions?

Alll the gloves companies are expanding and acquiring new plots of land for building new factories. All these will take years of completion. Esceramic would have a lot of business for the next few years to supply to all these growths. Companies may also buy more formers and keep as stocks for their wear and tear replacement. Now what left is whether Esceramic would start to increase their selling price.

Question is why he did so? What is his intention and plan? He can just write down during good quarter. Instead he chose to write down during such quarter and resulted in red quarter when the glove industry is so bullish. Can u guys see his intention?
