last q4 have one off gain of around rm200 million. This q4 is purely gain from operation. If ex out one off gain, the profit actually increased a lot.

Q4 if yoy won't be better due to one off gain in Q4 2016. Look for better operation stats instead. Edl and BM the only hope to move MRCB. yesterday volumes was 5 times of current volume. Meaning 20% contra kaki who only aim for small gain already took profit. While 80% still holding and aim for higher gain. But how high? 1.25 again or 1.50?

DJI recovery could be dead cat bounce. Monitor for two nights and see if it is a dead cat or real bull. Najib hinted GE only would be held after Haj and that would be in July or August. EDL compensation can have another 4 months to finalize. 6 months no revenue from EDL and still need to service the SUKUK Loan. Crazy. Government should compensate more for that.

I advocate cash movement, something like hedging to reduce losses and yet still capture the right opportunities for profit when market rebound back.

SamuelLuke, I need to preserve capital. When you shouted sell last week, DJI wasn't in the picture but purely on MRCB factors. Now this external factors from DJI, it's too erratic and difficult to guess. Hence, I want to preserve capital as I went through Brexit and Trump presidential and the market wiped off 50% my investment with no rebound opportunity at all in 6 months time.

MRCB fundamental and opportunities are still intact though. So I can always sell now and buy back later if DJI still cause the panic sell in the global market. In fact, I am collecting C26 now.

Those counters which was speculated and dont really have fundamental, those counters would suffer even after DJI stabilize.

Once DJI stabilized, markets will normalized and good counters will rebound fast. Just whether DJI will continue to bleed for another 1 day or another week. That's the difficult part.

Not caused by Sarah or supported by calvin lah. It's a global thingy. All markets are in red and no different for Bursa or MRCB. I sold 70% of my C21 to preserve capital and start to accumulate C26 for longer maturity. DJI could down for the whole week just like what happened during Brexit and Trump winning before stabilizing. Don't just sit tight, time to sell now and then buy lower if you still believe in MRCB. You need to move your cash. There are a lot of great buy now. Westports is one of them. Looks so attractive now.
