Mrcb still keep mum on the compensation package. All their communication staffs were on leave. Yet to draft out the official announcement to Bursa. Should announce by this week. The crucial is whether Government will take over the sukuk debts and compensate MRCB 70 millions annually or they just compensate MRCB 70 millions annually and MRCB still need to service the debts. Alternatively, government takes into account of edl asset value, pay the market price to MRCB, mrcb use that to pay off the loan, and government still compensate MRCB 70 millions for lesser years. All these are subject to negotiation. As long as the sukuk debts is taken off with some additional cash for mrcb, that would be good enough as edl isn't a good business to mrcb.

1.5 days for MRCB and Government to announce the EDL disposal terms. 1st Jan 2018 is here soon. Ppl doesnt work on Saturday and MRCB needs to instruct its staffs to stop collecting tolls and put up the boom as well as to put up notices at their tolls.

From hoping to buy MRCB at 0.75 back in mid Dec and now MRCB at 1.13, you still not buying in? And now hope for below 1.00? When MRCB moved up to 1.50, are you going to hope to buy at 1.25 by then? take your position now and dont just hope in market.

MRCB is like a raging bull being suppressed and locked in a cage. Once the cage door is opened, the bull is going to rage on as it has been in tension/stress for too long. Just visualize a bull with all the steam/smoke coming out from its nose and the energy that is waiting to explode. Just an analogy to explain this. :)

With this, I bought in another 50 biji of C21 at 430pm just now.

one day show means it drops. MRCB didnt drop and maintaining 1.13-1.14 even without big fishes. Today volume is around 40% of yesterday volumes. If there are big fishes, it should have higher volume.

Still no big fishes entering MRCB.

SamuelLuke, the risk to downside is when EDL terms are not favorable to MRCB. So, you make your own call on whether u think if MRCB going to get a favorable terms, fair terms or unfavorable terms in regards to EDL.

still blocking at 1.15 with support building at 1.14. Looks like they still not letting this MRCB bull out of its cage to start its Bullish on Bouncing Back Run! The signals are there already. Just need to wait for the starting horn like in a race.

Next few days, all the analysts will write good stuffs about MRCB and revised the TP to higher price once they are back from their holiday and would be shocked to see that there are many positive and earning in MRCB in just a week holiday. They won't even have enough time to analyze and publish new TP. Wait and see.

For warrants play, just be careful on those issued by Kenanga. They are master in manipulating their warrants and managed to trap a lot of traders and burnt a big hole in their investment. Sale of EDL for RM1.75 billion, only up to 1.22? You guys should aim much higher. This sale will take off majority of MRCB debts and loan repayment. With the RI completed and the sale of EDL, MRCB would be in net cash position in moving forward. Not to mention other assets that are for disposal as well.

Was trying to check on previous case of bills of demand by Royal custom. Apparently Carlsberg was served the same bill back in Sept 2014 but up until now, Carlsberg is still disputing on that. 3 years ++. Guess this could be the same for Westports unless Custom willing to have settlement which proposed by Westports. Else, they can wait and dispute on this for years to come.
