Your mother share cant be RM1 if your RI is RM1. There is no discount premium then. Who wanna subscribe to RI which i can get from the open market with the same price? Besides, with more shares in the market, the ex prices after RI wont be RM1 anymore. So in theory, if mother share become RM1 and then the RI offered is also RM1. Once I subscribed to it and ex date later, mother share would be adjusted below RM1. Do you still want to subscribe it then since for sure would make loss by subscribing to it?

2.15 is nothing as it has reached that back in March and then came down back to this level.The IPO was at 4.50. If pushed back to 2.15, BN still cant justify the loss of more then 50% of IPO price.

Mrcb management bod is crazy to call for a RI when the price is on uptrend. Are they purposely calling a RI to reverse the trend? Manipulating the price for lower entry price for someone or party b4 announcing a great news????

FGV is full of manipulation, daily traders, fake news, and no fundamental and technical at all. It's just like a random crazy counter which move up or down based on no rationale or logic or business sense. All based on hearsay, emotion, rumors, fake news, etc which we can't even analyse or best guess based on historical business stats / performance. It's pure luck just like betting in a casino.

Should the coming Q1 results is bad, I would throw my towel and call it a day for FGV.
