IAA at the moment is at its sweetest spot.... IAA is at the tail end of its long gestation period... has figured out all its problems... and will breakeven.. register a profit... and doing its IPO soon...

The IPO Bond will collect interest at 6%....while waiting for this to happend... what is not to like??

New acting CEO made some provisions here and there and talked like he has kitchen-sinked and cleaned up the company when he first came in.........

Thought he will impair only by year end... guess the amount was just too big that he knew he cannot hide....
