So, their real target could be DIGISTAR (0029), because Digistar is the lower market cap's Main Board Technology sector company.

Once S5 System Reverse Takeover Digistar, S5 system can deserve for higher valuation as it is Main Board Listing Company.

Why Digistar is a potential takeover target?

1) It is the cheapest Technology counter in Mainboard.
The are so many good technology counter who looking for listed in Mainboard, but the listing process are very hassle, it easily take 3 years for a company to get listed. But if they choose RTO, it can be done within few months.

2) I think Digistar boss is looking for a change to sell the listing co, then take the money to privatise the concession business.

Today my factory manager order a lot of Veriducal Disinfectant chemical to office, for sanitizing the entire office and warehouse area. Then I look at the brand, is under Karyon brand, the manufacturing by Hsing Lung Sdn Bhd. Then I further google search, realised that Hsing Lung is wholly owned by Karyon.

That mean, Karyon is the benefited from Covid-19. Why no body discover this?

When Palm Oil gone up, government imposed windfall tax.

When glove ASP gone up, will government plan to impose some windfall tax, or any tax to take advantage on the extra-ordinary income earned by glove company?

My 2 cents thought:-

1) Once Public Bank issue sell call, that mean all unit trust under public mutual will not buy this share, and all public bank prefer customers will not buy this share as well.

2) As you know, Public Mutual is the largest unit trust company in Malaysia. When public bank issue this report, imagine is you are other unit trust fund manager, would you take risk to invest into a stock that Public Bank call sell? For me, I wont take the risk, coz my job as a fund manager is always play safe, I wont take the risk to buy this

If tomorrow Serbadk breaked Rm1.92, then Serbadk-C7 will be hit 15sen
