Agreed, now syndicate they gotvery canggih software tracker, they can calculate each unit of share is from which seller. If you dont sell, price will further go down. Once you sold, price will continue fly high.

I test it before, last time got 1 penny stock, when the syndicate create volume, they queue sell, then buyback on their own. When they executive it, i think saw 30-40 continuous buy transaction, each transaction 10,000 unit, within 5 second. At that time I already key in everything to sold my share 100,000 unit, so I click enter immediately, then immediatelt I heard the order match sound, I click order status to check, 6,000 unit matched.

But funny things happen, once my 6,000 match, the whole buy transaction stop d, they didn't continue to buy my stock. Then I wait, wait, wait, only got few ikan bilis buy my share, 5k, 3k, 7k....etc. Almost wait until 1 hour, all my 100k matched, then suddenly the buying transaction continue, 10k, 10k, 10k.... continuous for 30-40 transaction.

KUALA LUMPUR: A comprehensive study will be conducted on the proposal to construct security fencing along the country’s border, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Shahidan Kassim.
He said the study would be conducted by the home ministry with the cooperation of government agencies on whether to repair or replace the existing wall fencing along the border.

The cons of this counter is too many ESOS..

For me, ESOS is good, but you cant given too much, ESOS should be limited to 5% of total share.

For example, if this counter have 250mil share, and let said company issue 20% ESOS, it mean 50mil additional share will be issued.

I know ESOS is to motivate the employee, but you dont need to pay so much to motivate your employee.

Let said a senior manager salary is RM13k per month, and one year is around RM150k.

When you want to reward him, you give him 100,000 unit ESOS is good enough, when he exercise, he could probably earn RM70l, which equal to his half year salary d.

For management level, you should also limit your ESOS allocation, make it 300,000 unit to 1,000,000, so when they exercise, they could earn approximately RM210k to RM700k, this is pretty good for them d.

For a big company like AWC, I assume your have 3 very senior management, 3 middle management, 4 junior management, 10 senior manager, 20 manager.

So ESOS allocation should be:-

1) Senior management = 3 x 1,000,000 = 3,000,000
2) Middle management = 3 x 600,000 = 1,800,000
3) Junior management = 4 x 300,000 = 1,200,000
4) Senior manager =10 x 100,000 = 1,000,000
5) Manager = 20 x 50,000 = 1,000,000

Total ESOS allocation is 7 million unit only, this is pretty good d.

You no need to have 50million unit for ESOS, all this will be benefit the director and caused your shareholder loss.

Remember, this counter is for middle-long term investor with holding power. If you have no holding power and want to play contra, then I'm pretty sure 80% you will lose money, because this counter is controlled by "someone", you have little chance to win contra money.

因为：-
1） 它的收入会越来越好（稳定的concession收入，越来越多的CMS保安收入和酒店收入）。
2） 它有利息开销会减少，因为他的债券每年都会赎回一部分，所以利息只会越来越少。
3） 它可能会派息，因为到2016年12月为止，它的现金有RM60mil，在加上这几个月的concession收入，和将会收到一笔RM66mil的政府付款，所以我预测它未来几季度到财务报表，最少会有RM130mil的现金。这些现金可能会拨个RM9mil来派出RM0.015的股息，以回馈股东在这几年的支持。Datuk Lee 这几年也自掏腰包和用margin买了不少自家的股票，相信他也很需要股息来偿还margin的利息吧。

siewann19, to answer your question, you must study the entire JV project between Digistar, Kumpulan Melaka Berhad and Pembinaan Sujaman.
Last time I spend many months to understand the cost structure between 3 of them, so it is very difficult for me to explain here.
Let make a deal, once Digistar hit RM0.30 sen, then I will spend 1 whole day to explain the cost structure here.

Under Financial Reporting Standard, normally a company can only consolidate its subsidiary account if it hold more than 50% of the share of the subsidiary. Consolidate mean all the revenue and expenses will be group under its holding company account for reporting purpose.

If less than 50%, then only can classified as Associate. For Associates, you are not allow to consolidate its revenue, you can only reflect your sharing of its net profit / net losses in your account.

For example:-

Scenario 1:-
Company A hold 60% of company B.
Let say company A revenue is RM100mil, and company B revenue is RM50mil.
When company present its financial report, company A will report total RM150mil as its revenue, because company B is its subsidiary, so company A will consolidate its revenue.

Scenario 2:
Company A hold 40% of company C.
Let say company A revenue is RM100mil,net profit is RM10mil, while company C revenue is RM50mil, and its net profit is RM5mil.
When company present its financial report, company A will report total revenue of RM100mil, and net profit of RM12mil (RM10mil + 40% of RM5mil).


For Digistar, although Digistar only hold 40% of Indera Persada, but Digistar has the main control power in the Board of Director of Indera Persada, that why Digistar are allowed to consolidated Indera Persada revenue into its financial account.

If you need more information why Digistar can consolidate Indera Persada account, you might need to read the quarter report or annual report, I remember I have read it before, but I forgot where I save it in my computer.

1) Digistar have stable recurring income of RM3mil per month. This income will continue for 15 years, where total amount will be RM504mil.
2) Digistar have stable hotel business income, their hotel is located beside Dataran Pahlawan, and Melaka Tourism business is booming, it hotel weekend occuppied rate is 90%, while weekday is around 50-60%. Digistar plan to restructure it swimming pool area, make it become a big ballroom, so can cater for weekday corporate function or weekend wedding dinner.
3) Current it has RM60mil on hand, and it will received another RM66mil lump sum payment from government before July.
4) Digistar is currently tendering two big project.
5) Digistar has bought a piece of land in Melaka Cheng, and Digistar plan to proposed to Government to build another building for government under concession concept (similar to the existing JKR project).
6) Digistar Central Monitoring System are working closely with TMNET, CELCOM, and PDRM. They always join PDRM to have roadshow at many taman-taman.
7) The have recently appoint a new chairman, this new chairman is very powerful person, he is the director for Prolintas. Prolintas is the holding company for few highway, such as LKSA, SUKE, DASH, AKLEK highway...etc.
