So for those who agreed that connections are keys factor & it is norm in China should also believed that corruption are rampant in China. LIVING in a country where connections ranked supremely over Law & Order is dangerous & uncomfortable. Most of all being unfair desperated from opportunity to make money.

Klentong again will put a shotgun on the head of bondholders to accept a reorganisation & restructuring where they have to accept new shares in Serbak where the same crooked management in control of the comapany. Possible?

That's is what I have been saying each country is not perfect. But each country can try to put all the negativity behind them, but unfortunately, most are unlikely to be resolved and the worst is when many countries move backwards. So no point in defending only one country.

This is why timely submitted Audited Accounts are so important to me as bilis investors, to All Banks, to their Suppliers, to some customers, to rating agencies etc.

You will see only thick smoke and no path leading to a resolution to lifting the suspension.
