Any possibility that MyAirline is linked to Tony as an alternative or last resort that current Airasia recovery plan does not pan out, where there is a possibility of delisting and that happened Myairline had the option of buying all assets of Airasia Group Bhd?

Having RE business does not mean it is strong if management can't bring in the sale numbers. Since you can contact them did you ask the management what is their business plan post Chef era? Or is it still under Chef nose?

How do you know if Chef is parking his stake with a proxy? Indirectly chef still in charge?

Both prices falling, don't see any better for ATAIMS, perhaps only NTA is still positive. But depending on covid19 situation Airasia can do better as borders are reopened. The market is there to capture that is a certainty. As for Ataims what is the prospect for an OEM producer?

Since 2015 SapuraE has been losing money and with the CEO high pay not surprising the share price bottom penny rating with or without Covid16 is destined to suffer from a bad overseas upstream expansion decision. Don't forget for overseas projects there are no bumi benefit, unlike Malaysia.

I thought Stony will start a SPAC (special purpose acquisition companies) and then acquired 51% of AA superApp for USD 510 million value AA superApp at USD 1 billion.

Probably PP, if RI is not an option. But then he has to prove by good results in the next few quarters before someone is willing to buy PP.

If results like shit AirasiaX, where from day one also loss till to date, even PP pon tak laku unless Tony subscribes to it. Many buy X above RM1 got screwed and never recovered a sen.

Based on my previous work experience in other countries Singapore, UK, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and HK….I never heard of listed companies’ CEOs can still be allowed to continue working as BAU, not suspended pending court trials for alleged corporate criminal cases.

I also never heard of cases where CEOs still can continue to hold his/her jobs when cannot even produce audited accounts by deadlines or extended deadlines (most basic requirement for listed companies la)

The basis is based on back of envelope calculation i.e -40% revenue loss from Dyson already factored in.

Simply say, just minus 40% everything. That's how the TP derived. Upside potential.

Between Serbak and Airasia, where both are bankrupt, the Airasia story is much more credible and post recovery from covid19 will be strong. There are transparency in Airasia and lots of crap stories in Serbak.

At RM4.20 to USD1, the economy is battered but continue to expand. So China with a much larger population will still strive forward with the distinct advantages of renewable energy industry and EV technology and vehicles over other countries. Japan was once a great industrial nation producing cars and electronic items and remained rich even after the collapse of their housing or property market.

Options available, wind up or restructure by issuing more shares. Looks like the drama would be dragged for another year, with the legal cases pending. But shareholders and creditors will have to rest Chef and the management team however indispensable they are to the going concern of the company because they lied and took unlawful action detrimental to stakeholders interests.
