Go for second look at Serbak when audit issues over. Bottom or penny fishing is a great way to make money. Some how companies that collapse to penny status can be of great value if you reevaluate its fundamentals. Not withstanding they have changed captain, new names and new business etc.

Could be the other way round, for instance if you have bought AA at 50 sen and you think like Sslee that there is going to be a capital reduction whereby causing losses to you then by all mean get out before its too late because you can't see when AA will return to full operation off and on MCOs.

Fundamentals are dissipating even when we are chatting here and by the way KPMG is not a small audit firm such as Ali Muthu and Ah Kow. 17 billions worth of projects require lots of loans, at this stage which bank is going to finance Serbak when there is a run on its stock. Projects have to be worked on to get profits and turned into cashflows.

can anyone give a solid example of a Malaysia company doing well and booming business in the last 20 years? just one. Even 1MDB which is con ( pretend to be con) left rightin Middle East failed with 50b rgt. WCT, Sendai Sime darby which partipicipate in Dubai construction boomi n 2006 comes back tail between the legs. Petronas? i heard got stuck with shale oil project in Cananda. If not for the money fromoil reserve in Malaysia, Petronas is backrupt long time ago

Now, a good thing to discuss here is how to see beyond the curve.

Scenario 1) KPMG doubts is valid. Now SD IPO 2017, good question is how much of revenue between 2017 - 2020 revenue are legit. E.g. Pak Arab did have a budget of RM1B project to SD. So, there is and actual RM 4B from Pak Arab. Just Karim blow that RM 4B into a bubble of 16B via Pak Karim related company for Private Place and Rights Issue.

Scenerio 2) KPMG withdraw their doubts. The way I see it, they won't. The most also, SD manage to get independent reviewer to sign off Pak Karim related company as legit. Technically, KPMG can only raise doubts. But it's not a fraud as long there is no evidence that SD / Pak Karim used the money from PP and RI to pay vendor, vendor to pay Pak Karim's related company and pay back SD. But sure as hell, the doubt lingers. Bcos, both customer and vendor/supplier ARE Pak Karim related company. I think by now, the vendors/supplier also change their phone number and address.

Given what's said and done, if SD can will tank below 40sen. I will collect. The asymmetric risk reward is just too good to ignore if there is actually a 4B coming SD way trading at 1.5B market cap. Opportunity in market isn't about what's going on. It's about what's going to happen.

If Karim don't hv a bin in this name, he would be crucified beside Jesus soon. Now, he has a bin, likely to be bailed out by tax payer like how Tabung Haji got bailed out by LGE. Premium of RM 8B or 11B. What's a RM 1B bail out la? Think about it, if SD tank to RM1.5B market cap and rebound back to RM4B market cap with RM1B bail out. That's a RM 2.5B market cap increase and 31 Sarawak MP. That's a pretty attractive I would say.

Now, the question is how to post date those documents. =D

Mike, the latest update by Mabel and provision made in the account may have mitigate certain of the risk you have noted.

Noted, these are the known risk in Armada, when you buy the share but not in Serbak, where there are so many unknown factors. Understand the company and see whether you can absorbed the risk.

alenac, yes agreed with you I was in denial mode in the beginning but glad it's finally over.

I've realised i'm in bursa to trade and invest, not to gamble away my hard earned money.

The writing was on the wall since auditors issues brought up, because of emotional thinking you kept on buying or refuses to sell. If you are
a contrarian then too bad. But if you follow some of them that screw up the auditors then you listen to too much noise from those misleading you. There are many here that wish to take you to Holland. Any way good that you are not badly hit and original capital still in tact.

My risk appetite is not high so yesterday morning I finally cut loss liao.

Its painful but feel great relief after that. At least my capital is still intact although my serbadks loss wiped out 90% of last year total earning.

This experience also reminds me not to invest in companies that listed less than 10 years in bursa.

hey when company got no scandal it is willing buyer willing seller price. If you thing so expensive dun buy. Many think Mr DIY is a household name like 711 so they value it higher but over time with more competitors coming in then Mr DIY stock price will readjust.

Volume too low to push price above 88 sen. Need high volume.

At the end of the day most probably the auditor will sign off as a QUALIFIED REPORT.after some REAUDITING and adjustment with numbers.This PLC is too BIG to fall but will take time to climb back and how soon? perhaps INSIDER KNOW

Hah, all time favourite Teck Seng, slowly going down, solar venture also not successful. Buy when it is historical low.

Owner should have split it to 1/2 sen each so the next highest would be 1 sen. So 100% profit for those who buy at lowest and sell at next best price. Extreme liquidity.

For whatever reasons known only by the owner or majority shareholders, they decided to spit the shares into billions of units, whereas the paid up cap around 100 mill in the name of making it more marketable. Splitting may in fact cause the market value to be much lower rather than the opposite.
