1. by what the chairman concluded in the annual report fr the data:

The Group, however, incurred a loss before taxation of approximately RM4.4 million for FY11/12 as compared to a profit before taxation of
approximately RM0.3 million in FY10/11. This was mainly due to the Group’s decision to take a non-cash impairment charge of approximately
RM4.8 million related to one of its intangible assets as we re-aligned our core competencies. Excluding this non-cash impairment charge
of approximately RM4.8million, the Group would have turned in a profit before taxation of approximately RM0.4million.

2. by me , the other biggest factor which not mentioned by the chairman:
Depreciation and amortisation in 2012 was : RM (5,729,330)
compared to 2011 which was: RM (4,609,508)

3 also not emphasized by the chairman is this:

in 2012 for Employee benefits expenses = RM (15,348,095)
compared to 2011 which was (11,546,818)

for no.2 and no 3 the sums is : RM (5,729,330)+(15,348,095)
= RM (21,077,425) ...wow blow me down
