Tarikh baru adalah seperti berikut:

I. Mesyuarat Cawangan UMNO dilanjutkan daripada 31 Ogos kepada 15 September 2013;

II. Pendaftaran penamaan calon untuk pergerakan sayap Wanita, Pemuda dan Puteri daripada 7 September kepada 21 September 2013;

III. Mesyuarat pergerakan sayap Wanita, Pemuda dan Puteri ditetapkan pada 12 Oktober 2013;

IV. Penamaan calon untuk pemilihan Majlis Tertinggi UMNO daripada 7 September kepada 28 September 2013

V. Mesyuarat Bahagian dan hari pemilihan Majlis Tertinggi UMNO dipinda daripada 5 Oktober kepada 19 Oktober 2013.

Pindaan tersebut dibuat berikutan cadangan dan permintaan dari UMNO Bahagian-bahagian dan Cawangan-cawangan yang antaranya ialah tarikh mesyuarat Cawangan sebelum ini berlangsung dalam bulan Ramadan dan Hari Raya Aidilfitri dan tamat tempoh mesyuarat pada 31 Ogos 2013. Dalam masa yang sama dua pemimpin negara luar iaitu Presiden China dan Presiden Amerika Syarikat juga akan berkunjung ke negara ini pada awal Oktober 2013 dan persediaan untuk menerima kedatangan tetamu negara ini perlu dibuat.

Dimaklumkan Presiden UMNO, YAB Dato' Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak dan Timbalan Presiden UMNO, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Mohd Yassin telah bersetuju untuk meminda tarikh mesyuarat Cawangan UMNO, mesyuarat Bahagian UMNO dan penamaan calon untuk pemilihan parti kepada tarikh yang ditetapkan.
