The Board of Directors of Nova MSC Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, novaCITYNETS Pte Ltd ("NOVA"), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") today with Guangzhou Development District Science and Information Technology Bureau ("GDDSIT") and Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd ("GKC Co."), to jointly develop, promote and subsequently deploy Smart City e-Permits solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity in the regulatory approval process for Planning, Building and Construction Permits as a Smart Government Service Delivery project within the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City ("SSGKC") Smart City Concept Master Plan.

LIB also wishes to clarify that the Group has expressed the intention to explore any possible development and upgrading of the current Kuala Muda port but has yet to receive confirmation from the State Government.

The Board of Directors of Mah Sing Group Berhad (“Mah Sing”) wishes to announce that Mah Sing had on 18 June 2013 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Tanda Klasik Development Sdn Bhd (“Tanda Klasik”), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 1 April 2013, with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid-up, for cash consideration of RM2.00 (“Acquisition”).
