幸马泰削资发附加股集资7亿

（吉隆坡26日讯）幸马泰资源（SUMATEC，1201，主板贸服股）宣布，配合早前收购Markmore能源（纳闽）有限公司股权的计划，公司建议削资，及发售75亿零905万附加股，集资最高7亿5091万令吉。

幸马泰资源首先把面值削资4仙，至10仙，將截至2015年12月31日的1亿6638万令吉累积亏损，转为1173万令吉保留盈余。之后再以25配38比例发售附加股，每2附加股再配售1凭单。附加股的参考发售价为每股10仙，稍高於最新闭市价9.5仙。

筹获的资金当中，4亿5091万令吉將用於收购Markmore能源、2亿5091万令吉作为该项目12个月內的营运资本、2000万令吉支付本次附加股活动开销。

大股东丹斯里哈林沙艾，承诺认购至少12亿9163万附加股，相等於22%的总附加股。本次附加股活动的最低认购要求为58亿7649万股，公司將会在除权日前为另外45亿8486万附加股找到认购者。

哈林沙艾也是Markmore能源的卖主，持有99.99%股权。后者透过旗下独资子公司持有哈萨克斯坦Rakushechnoye油田的特许经营权，2015財政年（12月31日结账）亏损为43万美元（约173万令吉）。
