You guys better respect Karim

Since late 2019 I had been appointed to sell Awantec’s HQ. Awantec had already sold their edu biz UNIMY to Serbadk. UNIMY is a tenant at Awantec’s HQ but Serbadk/Karim didn’t want to buy Awantec’s HQ. Awantec told me they had approached Karim to buy but at that time Karim not interested

Just a coupla days ago Karim/Serbadk bought up the bldg

Karim knows how to time things well. And I know things many here don’t know

Buy SCIB and Kpower before their prices go up much higher

klkk, today and tmrw will be boring but SOLID. CNY profit taking, historically it’s the case. I already said ignore today

Next week will be moving week

Kfliau, profit taking on SCIB expected by me today but not the late big selling. It jumped after lunch due to good anncmt (I admit I had hope) but long term investors and contra traders came in and took big and small profits

1) I didn’t mean “too fast too soon” was today but past few days
2) “Stuck” was the price it traded today fr around 11am and rest of the day. Believe me, I was hoping it would break 0.800 sometime today buy it didn’t. It got “stuck”. Not enough buyers

Again, don’t take wrong, this is a good company. I want it to go above 1.00 by early March

Haha, I’m not stuck high, no not at all. I was watching this today, seems stuck at 0.775 fr morning til day close

I just hope it breaks the frigging 0.80!

Serbadk bought up Awantec’s UNIMY biz more than a year ago. At that time Serba didn’t want to buy that bldg. That bldg is Awantec’s current HQ (after they shifted there fr somewhere nearby ie NeoCyber)

Now Serbad has bought the bldg

JohnFarmer458, check today’s trade summary and day trades. Esceram price is stuck. I hope it continues to go up (of coz, I do) but CNY week is always a tough call

@tijani31, contra traders cannot be greedy. Buy and matched then quickly place sell order. Don’t look back, never regret if price went much higher. Can always go in again

And in case anyone thinks I’m purely a contra trader, I bought Greatec at 0.615 back in Aug last year. Sold some, kept majority. It went thru some corp exercise to entice investors. Just check Greatec. Really really long term stock

U are trying to say about solarvest and samaiden is it. this 2 is among my fav counters this year should be a fantastic year for both, don't forget cypark also a bit laggard but got some potential also.

There is always ALWAYS profit taking fr 11.30-12.30 across the board historically

Fc78020, that was due to folks chasing after the initial anncmt. The climb was actually quite gradual even if with quite steep gradient depending on how you look at it

What I’m saying is the steep drop on Fri and today. That’s why I said it’s oversold
