And if anyone exercise their warrants, it takes 10 working days for it to be converted to mother share

I agree with Ally. SCIB now is no longer a counter for contra traders. I contra/day traded this late last week (and a bit this Mon)

Buy now and hold to get the free warrants. And then hold on to those warrants when you get them, don’t exercise even if the warrant date listing comes out (which hasn’t been announced)

Ally, I know the warrants will be given free to shareholders holding during the ex date. I’m talking about folks exercising their warrants. Exercising warrants will affect the mother share price. Perhaps the word “adjustment” is misleading

Buy and hold if you believe in SCIB

Much will depend on mother share price and individual risk/reward

kfliau, when a warrant is exercised, new shares have to be issued resulting in dilution

However, I would suggest to NOT exercise your warrants if :

1) Mother share price is considerably above 1.77; and
2) You believe in SCIB and that you believe the mother share price could be way higher in 3 years’ time (you’ll make much more with the warrants)

I’ve read some comments here about price adjustment re the warrant. Note that, yes, there actually will be an adjustment BUT only if the warrants are exercised AND if there’s a big number of folks exercising their warrants

In 55k last Thursday @ 1.63 (after it dropped after lunch)
Out 30k today @ 2.03

When it retraces (It will, just dunno when), I may top up back to 55k to get my 27.5k free warrant

1.73 is now the new resistance. The RSI has been flattish and looks to be tapering off based on Fri. It is almost certainly due to profit taking. Volume also declined on Fri

I think tmrw’s T/O will be around same as Fri’s close. Dunno what will happen rest of tmrw

I traded this counter on the day it hit LU and made a tiny profit. And that’s it, no more trading after that one time

I look at many counters and whenever I see that there is huge volume but practically zero cancelled orders, I ignore them

Look at Tesla :) Elon is in discussion (with someone I know, met, have had discussions with and had showed me a video) to build an offshore platform for SpaceX off the East coast of Peninsular (makes environment sense). Tesla not a big car producer but that’s the way it goes...

In general PP is generally regarded as a negative signal ie. company did it to raise fund since they don’t have the cash nor investment bankers to back them. IOW such company haven’t done all that great

When have, say, MBB or even Top Glove last proposed a PP?

There must be a reason the share price was pretty much stagnant whole of yesterday until after 4pm when it climbed significantly. And then came the announcement after market closed. That’s why I have my hunch (either SCIB/Karim or insiders made the late move yesterday)

Just for comparison : A rights issue. If you already own shares, you have a right to buy the rights share (usually offered at a discounted price to the current share price). Or you can choose not to buy the rights issue. However you will receive the *rights* to buy the new issued shares *and* you can choose to sell the “rights” before it expires. Rights issue is free money

I have a very good feeling SCIB/Karim will make a move to drive up the mother share price so that the warrant’s ex price of 1.77 will look like a good deal. But only my hunch

Usually a warrant’s listing price is about 30% of mother share price on a VWAP basis

So it will depend on mother share price and, most importantly, *when* the issuer make a decision

Warrant is basically a form in increasing capital. To shareholders holding mother share, the free warrants is a form of rewarding shareholders

If you like, you can call warrants a derivative of bonds

The RSI almost mirror the price. However the RSI peak was on 16/11. Even the past few days of rise as well as hitting new high today, the RSI currently is still below the 16/11 peak

Overbought imo. Wanted to go in yesterday but didn’t coz volume hasn’t been high enough for me personally. Will watch

Technically this counter has only 2 white soldiers/crows (Tues and Weds). Yesterday not considered a white soldier coz there’s a longish upper wick/shadow (closed quite a bit off its high)
