To those that hold and willing to wait, then wait. The RPT deal between Vivocom and DS Chia is one where Vivocom is guaranteed to get a PAT of RM114 Million. If this PAT not achieved, RM51 Million will not be paid by Vivocom to DS Chia

I fail to see comparison between Gets and Vivocom, technically or fundamentally. Gets is a terrible company with a very shrewd and stingy boss. I tried to help Gets once when they were in big cash trouble (before their gloves venture)

One has big leverage (equity vs liability) while the other is in really bad shape. One never announced gloves or vaccine venture while the other did

If Vivocom was a pump and dump counter, it would have fallen to below RM1 by last Friday

If you are a contra player, hope you made lots since 2nd Nov time and time again (ask yourself why it’s “time and time again”). If you are an investor that bought at 50cts, even greater for you (for ignoring the hikes and being strong)

Tbh, to me, there can be 2 scenarios. One can be drastically negative. The other doesn’t apply to contra traders at all

Mon T/O will be quite a bit above Fri closing price. 15 mins later there will be profit taking. Then those trapped will average down. Consolidation a bit then. Then 11am onwards it will go down. After that it’s a free for all. Too much, too soon. UMA reply will matter little to traders. This is my guess

But the company has potential. For a long time they hv been studying listing their own REIT

For Vivocom fundamentals, they hv high cost of sales (which they hv to find a way to reduce) which results in net cash outflow

However they are still in a very healthy net cash positive position

Vivocom is not tied down by obligations to pay banks for properties bcoz they own none (this may be prudent based on their business)

Most importantly, Vivocom’s total equity is RM470M versus total liabilities of only RM52M. Iow Vivocom has HUGE leverage

That, in case those interested don’t know or question, are Vivocom’s most important fundamentals

I had thot of buying today but didn’t. It’s weird for a recently listed company to get an UMA fr Bursa whereas many many other counters with sharp rise in volume price don’t get an UMA

Earlier today the sell volume frequency was quite a bit higher than buy volume frequency

The buy/sell gap decreased after lunch. After hitting 1.69 low today, buying interest supported the counter until it reached 1.84 before selling continued until it closed at 1.74

Overall, the WAP is as above. Buy volume was 32M while sell volume was 35M (as said the sell volume was quite a bit bigger earlier today)

The interest is there IOW

Just follow the trend. Don’t follow “sifus”. Don’t hope. I made some on this counter, I lost some as well

Never “hope it will go up”. If trending down, sell. If trending up, hold or sell depending on your circumstances

There will hopefully be other opportunities. Don’t bank all on just one

If you’re healthy (and preferably young haha), there is a long road ahead for your trading “career”

I will PM you tmrw regarding what I know about Elon and his vision (esp EV, space travel, Mars, a network of underground tunnels, his vision including Malaysia as a regional hub for one of his projects, etc). You analyse the trading stats whereas I know, perhaps more than you, regarding Tesla (and not necessarily Vivocom). Bcoz I’m in contact with a local investor that is currently negotiating with GOM and Elon on one of Elon’s projects that involves sub-orbital commercial travel

You mentioned “solidity and stability rarely seen in an ACE stock”. There is actually at least one. I never “promote” other stocks in another thread but perhaps some may wish to study a Great company that is in Tec. I hope my hint will be understood. I no longer own shares in that company but it’s a regular itch to go in again (despite its high-ish value). Solid, stable, not volatile

hope83, there are several reasons. For one, read their official announcements. Secondly, it’s called either “Follow the trend” or “Averaging down”

Thirdly... the interest is there... good volume. Some like to call it “goreng”

Never EVER have FOMO

Forget market cap. Just follow trend if you trade. Invest/hold if you study FA and check buy/sell volume/trades

Always only go in only after you know the risk/reward vs the share price (ie what’s at stake) and your willingness to take a loss. This is key. Rewards is a bonus if your bet is right

That’s why there are huge trade sizes for penny stocks

Just be strong. Vast majority of all countries’ citizens will continue to buy masks. Masks are very different compared to gloves. Citizens don’t buy and wear gloves everyday. They wear mask everyday. Citizens. Not healthcare workers

Today’s reaction to all gloves/PPE counters was expected knee-jerk

I’m not sure about others but I will continue to wear a mask even *IF* I get a vaccine shot (or two). Wearing a face mask will be the new norm until at least mid-2021 depending on success of Pfizer (and maybe others’ in time to come) vaccine

Just look at all those IBs that have their own ulterior motives when revealing their “research”. Think of Macquarie regarding Top Glove (in short, MQ was trying to short TG, no pun)

Look at the actual scenario. Study MrDiy latest QR (*esp* their non current assets, their rights-of-use non current assets, their lease liabilities which is directly related to their rights-of-use non current assets, etc)

MrDIY can very easily raise RM500M by monetizing their non-current assets (those in the know will know what I mean) and they will make extraordinary profit and declare special dividend

Today is T3 for those that bought on Tues (like me). Budget speech tonite. Election this weekend. This isn’t spreading fear, this is common sense. By all means keep if you are in long term and I really wish you the best. As I said I will always look out for this counter

Sorry guys, I bought a chunk on Tues and sold all today. Just a little worried exuberance may not last with budget speech tonite. That’s twice I’ve traded Prlexus and made profit twice. I will always have this in my watchlist and may go in again in the future. Cheers and good luck!
