Question regarding the lands bought in Bidor and Tronoh: have management ever given any hint on when are they planning to start building terminals there?

I am with infoanalytic, Kampar is approaching completion and they have negotiated a big portion of the advertising spots.

Plus you must bear in mind that they have big ITA (Investment Tax Allowance) on 60% of the capex used on building or enhancing any terminal.

Here are some other comments I had gathered back in the day when I entered the value 2 months ago:
1. Kampar is several times bigger than Amanjaya
2. 70% of the revenue is instant cash, so very healthy financials. Bottom line and revenue is quite fixed.
3. Company is diversified into 3 streams of revenue of roughly same volume
- Terminal: tenancy and advertising, big margin.
- Bus routes, ok margin (Fuel is subsidised. The Bus routes are subsidisd, govt pays even if ppl dont show up)
- Petrol station, little margin.


Given the above we can conclude the downside potential is almost nil, and the upside potential huge. My TP is RM 0.40, 66% upside vs today's 0.24

Philip, I learn a lot reading you and i3 forum in general.

In this case, and from my humble opinion, it is true that this kind of traditional brick-and-mortar or prone-to-digital-disruption businesses trade at depressed price for a reason. Time will tell if they are a good investment or not, but as Philippe says the potential for growth is severely capped.

I have a question for Philippe, though. For you, companies engaged on traditional businesses with low PE and which post slow but steady gains on top and bottom line, are worth investing in, or not? i am thinking of RCE capital, MBMR, BIMB or the likes. From your comments it looks like you would only consider high-growth stocks, but those can be found in a handful of sectors only.

Satisfactory result, 0.10 is undervalued.

What I like:
- Shenzen Institute of Technology partnership
- Revenue Monster partnership on microloans
- PictureWorks contributing now in full swing

My concerns:
- I still struggle to understand what they want to do with Presto in mid-long term. I dont see what's the potential. Be a credible player in the Msian ewallet universe? Be sold to a bigger player?
- My prospects are more positive on 11street but... what are their milestones to profitability?

Some comments and questions:

1. I am satisfied with the results. Amid challenging environment, they managed to do well and give good dividend. their integrated township concept will end up yielding very good results, I am sure. Holding firm this counter.

2. BSS is booming, do you know when will the Air Force occupy the facilities? It will bring up demand around the area. Sendayan Tech Valley is neat and i see more and more lots being taken. The area is certainly idyllic workplace compared to Nilai or Senawang, just to name a few of the closer industrial parks.

3. I also like the area around Tiara Sendayan development, I think that area is strategically located between Seremban and KLIA and will be vastly improved in the near future in terms of infrastructure.
