why so scared too much about this virus...if i am not mistaken wuhan was effected due to weather season last time was cold. We are tropical country plus so hot nowadays.. i am more scared dry season too long..NO WATER than this virus. Historically when Brent Oil reach bottom at USD 27.67 on 18th January 2016, it took only 102 days to touch USD 52.80 on 8th June 2016. While overall, it took 701 days to touch USD 86.74. Same goes with current situation. If history repeated itself, V Shape Recovery, within next 3 months, we will see Brent to double its price to USD 60..but who knows it will be more aggressive due to USA Presidential Election. Normally, the steepest it fall, it will bounce aggressively..:)

I bet Crude Brent Oil wont break USD 30 and Dow Jones wont break 19,000 level. This is because Dow Jones want to go as high as 36,000 after this. :)

By looking at FBMKLCI graph ..looks like FBMKLCI will be defended at all cost around 1310.53 which is about 104.42 more. This is because if we take 1,896.03 that recorded on 20th April 2018, and if 1310.53 materialise, market will be about 585.50 points loss already.I dont think 1,300 level will be broken.

With Malaysia National Economic Council first meeting next week and Federal Reserve meeting at 17/18 March, so next week will be interesting for market.

got bear in mind..Dow Jones already 21 days red in color..then already break year 2008 record. So, sooner it will bounce..

On 6th March 2009, the lowest of Dow Jones was 6,469.95. And that day average was 6611.81. So, 3 times of 6611.81 , 19,835.43. I think market will stabilise and bounce from this point. the super bull run 29,568.57 was started from 6,469.95. So, i am not surprise if it will be defended at this 19,835 level.

Last Dow Jones berak normally flush besar...hahaha..:)

by looking at the graph..honestly speaking..looks like FBMKLCI want to test 1340 level assuming Dow Jones test 21000. :) but..next week our National Economic Council already start meeting. Tengku Zafrul also definitely will do his 'magic' . Perhaps we will get second round stimulus package. So, i x think FBMKLCI will touch 1,340 due to some good news for second round stimulus package by government.

For oil price, Russia and Saudi definitely will go back to the discussion. Russia budget is USD 40 per barrel. Plus this year USA Presidential Election year, normally, Crude Oil Price move within USD 20 per barrel. So, definitely, crude oil price will go back to USD 50-60 per barrel.

About the virus, China already recovered. it took about 2-3 months. So same goes with outside China. It will take 2-3months. So , this period is COLLECTING period la for oil and gas stocks. Already cheap one. After June till December sure FLY and GORENG time..:)..

Russia national budget peg at USD 40. plus if Putin dont want to kowteam with Saudi , his currency will be badly hit. Both parties lose..all of these drama only. Sooner the Brent crude oil will break USD 40-44. Plus, during USA election presidential year, Brent Oil will swing as high as USD 20 a year. So if we take , USD 34 is the lowest, USD 54 will be reach by year end. Plus minus USD 6-10 dollar for manipulation and speculation, easily USD 60-65 to be reach by year end.

Its all about market sentiments and market perception. once the media headlines change its tune regarding COVID 19 and its impact , all will push to the limit. V SHAPE recovery thats what we want and we hope. All the best.
