If you guys realise, Brent Oil already fall from 20 February 2020 until yesterday from USD 60 to USD 45. Thats already USD 15 dollar. Enough already short. Another USD 5 dollar maximum to go for short. Than long take over..USD 20 Dollar back to USD 60-65..so strong support level brent will be at USD 40 Dollar. I dont think it will break USD 40..

One thing that all of us market warriors need market to be recovered in V SHAPE mode. Than it will be something. If the recovery is slumberland..we will be in trouble...but historically if compare to SARS..the recovery was so fantastic..it was V SHAPE recovery..

Currently, COVID 19 is about media headlines only..once the media change the mode to positive news such as vaccine found , China successfully contain the virus , USA successfully contain the virus , Europe successfully contain the virus then on top of all interest rate cuts aggressively by Federal Reserve mid March 2020, then market start to change its gear for positive mode.

Latest we can see Friday Dow Jones only loss 300 points compared to previous nearly 1000. Thats shows Dow Jones might going to be stabilize already.

For Crude Brent Oil, I dont think Brent will break USD 40. Normally, during USA Presidential Election, Brent will move within a band of USD 20 per barrel. Thus, assuming the support level for Brent Oil is USD 40-45, thus, beyond June until December 2020, the Brent Oil will have tendency to test USD 60-65 per barrel. Thats consider V Shape recovery.

After minus recent gain and last night loss, Dow Jones still has possibility to loss another -2,483.98. But if follow 2008 trend, the Dow Jones has potential loss -6,666.74. my forecast Dow Jones will follow 2018 trend. wallahuallam.

Tuesday got Monetary Policy meeting at BNM..so Banking stocks (components FBMKLCI) might cautiously trading. If MPC cut interest rates, all these stocks will dive down again. If no cut, we will see another rally. Hopefully Monday jump 20 point to 1,500 for FBMKLCI and Tuesday continue rally and dow jones no more correction from highest peak. So we can go to 1,530 and above. If not, the danger for FBMKLCI to break 1,450 and 1,400 still there.

Like i said earlier, Dow Jones when its in crisis, it will loss about 4,000 to 6,000 points. For 2020 so far, Dow Jones manage to climb back almost 730 points last Friday trading. Therefore can we say worst is over for DJIA? But before we conclude, interesting to note that Year 2018, DJIA loss almost 5,240 point while Year 2008 almost 6,670 points.

For FBMKLCI , hopefully market will bounce to test 1,500. If it does not, it has strong tendency to break 1,400 and touch 1,366. Wallahuallam and all the best to all market warrior.

Dow Jones looks like heading towards 24,408.96 because normally 'in crisis' Dow Jones always take out around 4000-6000 points from highest.

Malaysia market looks like assuming dissolve parliament soon , coronavirus , Dow Jones effect , MYR weakening , crude oil plunge , FTSE Russell result in March , if we scroll back to May 2018 performance, FBMKLCI loss about 167 points. So i am not surprise if take into all these negative factor into account , FBMKLCI might repeat the same thing and touch 1,366.
