雲頂大馬(GENM，4715)與美國20世紀福克斯官司庭外和解!

雲頂大馬今晚(25日)表示，該公司與20世紀福克斯全面達致和解，撤銷互相向對方在美國加州提出的訴訟。

由於20世紀福克斯半途終止與雲頂大馬的戶外主題樂園(OTP)合作，並禁止雲頂大馬使用其知識產權與標誌，雲頂大馬遂在去年11月27日，在美國加州法庭起訴20世紀福克斯；后者則在今年正月23日反起訴雲頂大馬，互相向對方索取巨額賠償。

雲頂大馬與其母公司雲頂的股價亦受這起事件的影響。

雲頂大馬補充說，雙方今日重新簽署一項備忘錄，20世紀福克斯將允許雲頂大馬使用該公司部份知識產權。因此，雲頂大馬目前正更新其OTP計劃，以在使用20世紀福克斯部份知識產權及非20世紀福克斯知識產權情況下完成這項目。

换句话说，云顶大马的OTP将不会是完全使用20世纪福克斯知识产权来打造，因此，亦不会使用20世纪福克斯来命名，会另外取名。
