Annjoo GM meeting approved the CEO to do share buy back! Construction is not affected by trade war! ECRL and bandar Malaysia received green light from PH government to continue construction work! JB-Singapore LRT is going to kick start soon! Penang underwater road is going to start soon... Government just approve steel tariff for all imported steels to protect local steel industry!

公积金局(KWSP)今年首季投资表现深受大马股市差劣表现影响。
该局今年首季(1月-3月)投资收益净额急跌25%至96亿6000万令吉，去年同时期的净收益是128亿8000万令吉。
若与去年末季(10月-12月)相比，今年首季的投资收益净额同样下滑12%。去年末季的投资收益净额是109亿8000万令吉。
该局今日(31日)发布文告公布首季投资表现时指出，考虑到国内外面对的经济与股市动荡局面，首季投资表现已属可圈可点。
该局补充说，在今年首季占总投资额39%的股市投资，依然是公积金局的最主要收入来源。
在首季的总收益净额中，来自股市的投资收益贡献了43%或41亿6000万令吉。
大马股市综合指数今年首季滑落62点或3.6%，3月尾时报1628点。

Based on our analysis on the available Malaysia listed companies financial reports, 70% are reported less profits compared to QoQ and YoY, this includes Malaysia largest market cap, Maybank! 25% are loss making! Only a small minority recorded better profits! Do you think Bursa will post good quarter report?

Our KL comrades went to interview VVIP of listed companies from all sectors, 95% said business is getting more difficult! Tips: electrical and electronic are the worst hit by the trade war! Avoid tech company for now! 5% said business is good! Tips: consumer (alcoholic beverages), 4Ds (magnum) and etc.

Question 1:
Do you think this coming bursa quarter report will be good? If good buy, if bad, wait and buy at lower price. We personally think bursa report will not be good based on the daily trading volume for the first quarter 2019. There is no big IPO listed in bursa in Jan to March 2019. As for dividends, we expect it will be merely peanuts.
Question 2:
Do you think KLSE will outperform US and China stock markets in the midst of trade war and challenge KLSE previous glory at 1750 to 1800 points? If KLSE can break 1750 in near term, then buy bursa, if no, wait and buy at lower price.
Question 3:
Do you think trade war will end in June 2019?
If all answer yes, buy and keep bursa.
If no, lock profits is better and wiser choice to prevent yourself being slaughtered by sharks...

People of Malaysia voted PH government for brighter country future, stand focus on vision 2020/2030, a developed nation, away from corruption!
We believe it is time to say goodbye for “Tak Apa” attitude! Maybank is undeniably the largest bank in Malaysia and the top market cap in KLSE. We are expecting better performance from Maybank in line with PH government agenda, to make Malaysia great again “Tiger of South East Asia”!
Unfortunately, in term of business earning report, share price, dividend, Maybank performance is jaw dropping bad! Maybank can’t even beat Asiasia, low cost carrier, in terms of dividends yield! Maybank share price movement can’t even beat public bank/ TM!

We are totally very disappointed with maybank performance for the 1st quarter financial report 2019.
All Maybank staff received extra 10% increment in your monthly salary starting 2019. This is not one off 10%, it is continuous extra payment to you every month. This is far better than Malaysia government servants whereby they do not have any increment at all in 2019. The higher salary doesn’t tally with the lousy report card you gave us!
This is reflected by dropping Maybank share price due to loss of confidence in investors of your performance! The 10% increment in your salary is seriously NON HALAL with these poor performance!
For the biggest bank in Malaysia, your share price can’t even compete with public bank. Despite huge competition among all telecommunications companies, Telekom (TM) outshine, stood high above all, leading Malaysia to 5G network to achieve vision 2020/2030! TM has done better job that you, Maybank!
Shameful you, Maybank led by the CEO and all his staff.
