there have risk:
1. GST is coming, Gov unlikely adjust fuel price next year.
2. Crude oil drop a lot..
3. GDP malaysia up, debt to GDP down.
4. Kelanta re-election.
5 Sawarak election.
No doubt if rational fuel project is ON, fuelsub sdn bhd sure ll award, but if Gov chose to delay, thing may different, dont wait until next GE is coming...
