As I know, BRIM 3.0(Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia) total have 6.5m people entitle, if all of them ve a car, then ur calculation may base on 6.5m car only!

They wan to collect normal consumption data for each station before apply new mechanism, then can compare before and after datasonic totally can save how much for Gov.

Effective August 1, the diesel quota for each pump station nationwide will be determined and approved by the respective Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry of each State.
