the current share price is at low side, the private placement also at the market price without any discount...yes, earning per share might get diluted around 20% by my rough calculation (correct me if i am wrong), but in long term this is good to AAB

If ever there are conflicts among the shareholders, i believe they will resolve it at a way which is beneficial to both parties...back to basic, all parties are businessman, everyone will just look at their own benefit, when you says minority, they are actually not that minority too cause they are holding 47.49% in total, which is just few percents lesser than the majority...do you think they will be so stupid to wind up the company and they themselves suffer losses? Yea...you can make Yoong's family lose alot, but you just lose few percent lesser than Yoong...so please la...smart businessman won't do this...

I think hedging is good cause this prevent Homeritz from any further risk of currency fluctuation, given that its cost of leather is in USD currency...furthermore, the currency loss of 200k per year due to hedging is really negligible for Homeritz which is earning millions of dollars per year!

please read carefully on Hevea's annual report under the currency risk section...the currency fluactuation on the company's profit is not as straight forward as other company...somehow the currency rate back to a more normal range like 4-4.1, will be better for Hevea.
