In the latest AR, the 30th largest shareholder in the List , got 7M shares (0.3%), amazing.

If in the coming AR, 20 Germans appear in the List because each got 3% only, KNM shares will go very very high...

In the List of 30 largest shareholders, sum up all their shares, only 699M or less than 30% of the issued share Capital..even only 1 person controlling all these 30 entities, it is not even coming to 51% that justifying the majority in controlling a public listed company. This is unusual.

The Director, disposed 50K W on 18JULY (RM0.24) and bought back the same quantity at RM0.37 yesterday. This augured well and reflected the confidence he has in the Company.

I perused the Balance Sheet (not a complicated one, very straight forward, like the one in the Form 6 classroom) dated 31March2019, it is a very good one. It has retained profits of RM139M and trade receiveablesof RM119M and bank balance of RM26.9M (a very good one considering the issued capital of RM135M only). You can randomly pick any company of even with the bigger issued Capital and likely you could not find RM26M in their bank accounts.

The profit of RM36.4M (31Mar2019) is another point and the nature of their businesses, without any effect from the climate (rain or shine), and the need from the customers, i put my money in this company also.

Sardin was right..the pattern of the trade..tnd to tell you something is brewing..firstly we know 1st QR was profitable..Directors bought in, there was big volume, like today - price increased with very huge volume..I guess the QR is profitable at least, then maybe also got a Corporate development/announcement.
