IF such is the plan.. 65 mil OS X RM0.70 + 135 mil WB X RM0.25 , TOTAL could be investment cost RM79.25 mil only. So far, the paper gain is , 65 mil X RM0.055 + 135 mil X RM0.025 = RM6.95 mil already.

The plan to invest must have been started at least many days ago...so the Warrants were purchased days earlier at RM0.25 only.

The disclosure for acquiring or disposing of shares by the substantial shareholder(s) can be confusing.

The party that acquiring the shares is a corporation where Mdm Gan and IR Lee are the directors in this company. They are considered as indirectly acquiring shares via this corporation when they are already owning shares in KNM with their names directly.

Due to the requirement, the disclosures of acquiring shares of 5 mil (3 mil on 23rd Sept and 2 mil on 24th Sept) were repetitively.

Firstly, it was disclosed as the corporation (Inter Merger) acquiring the shares being the substantial shareholder and secondly disclosed as the directors in KNM.

SC can have a better idea in making the requirement of the disclosure be taken simplified and avoiding these multiple type of disclosures that can be misleading.
