I noticed that the concerted effort displayed by the interested parties in the case of GP was highly skillful. Take the WRTs as the example, the price was carefully and jealously guarded until today (RM0.345) half a sen by half a sen from even RM0.19 weeks ago. Had you purchased all you can, the profits are coming to almost above 80% already.

NObody ever got the chance to sabotage the moving up, step by step for the higher price so far. The expiry of the WRTs are a few years to come and when the OS will jump for one sen by sen soon, then we can see that the WRT will follow through.

GP WRTs in the market have been reduced proportionally due to the frequent conversion exercised by the holders in the recent days.

Scarcity made a certain merchandise more valuable.

DSonic WRTs are with high premium but the rate of return is better than its mother shares.

IF GP WRT will be following the trend of DSonic (RM0.705 : RM1.14 , 0.618) , in GP roughly is as such outcome ( ? : RM0735 , 0.618). What is ? That will be the price of GP WRT.

SO, 0.618 X RM0.735 = RM0.45, is the price tag.

The warrants do not offer anymore discount. Currently, it is priced at RM0.345 each and by including the Exercise price of RM0.40, then will sum up to RM0.745 , which is higher than the prevailing market price of the Ordinary Share.

The daily conversion of WRTs to OSs that happened in the recent days will not be continued for longer simply unless the holders of those WRTs have done the purchases during the "discount period" highlighted.

Amazingly, the continuation of selling of Ordinary Shares (after the conv) have not hampered the performance of the pricing. Holders logged in to book their gains when selling price is higher than the total cost. However, some holders do not have the capitals to convert or their WRTs only acquired after the "discount period".

More importantly, the Selling of OSs will be decreased accordingly and it is only normal that investors will be made aware that buying the WRTs will be a better choice / profitable as compare to the mother shares. This is because the moving up of each half a sen will give better returns to the WRT versus the OS.

In conclusion, naturally the demand for WRTs will be more in the future.

When G3 was going to RM3.00 , "ooh...how come RM3" , now RM3.70 , "oooh RM3.70!" , SO, eventually the spillover effect will come to GP (got 32% of G3), like it or not. BTW, G3 Warrants should be RM3.60 because the conv price is just RM0.10 each.
