Dividend payment 1 sen every quarter without failed, if bonus warrant is 30 sen, if you buy 100,000 units, you will get 50,000 bonus warrants; so, you will get 15,000 for sure. If the warrant price is 40 sen, you will make RM20,000, along with the capital gain when new orders come in.

Trading in and out in the killing field among the fierce short sellers is very risky and tiring.

for short-selling, institutions can sell first without having the x number of shares. They then buy back at a lower price and return the x number of shares to brokers.

（吉隆坡28日訊）市場盛傳聯昌集團（CIMB，1023，主要板金融）有意收購奧林比亞（OLYMPIA，3018，主要板貿服）旗下Jupiter證券私人有限公司股權，后者也已證實與多方洽談脫售持股，刺激兩股今日雙雙寫下一年多來新高。


聯昌集團直接挑高11仙或2%以5.61令吉迎市，休市漲幅收窄至7仙，報5.57令吉，盤中最高一度大漲2.4%至5.63令吉，閉市收在5.56令吉，起6仙或1.09%，成交量報1384萬1000股。

奧林比亞則以15仙開盤，起1仙或7.1%，盤中最高報16仙，漲14%或2仙，至閉市漲幅收窄至1仙，以15仙掛收，全日交投共6035萬4000股。

奧林比亞在10年前股價大約企于1.80令吉，自去年1月8日來成長了25%，而今年迄今更已激漲106.67%。


奧林比亞上周一（20日）證實《星報》報導，計劃脫售旗下Jupiter證券私人有限公司股權，目前正與多方洽談。

根據早前報導，聯昌集團有意收購持有股票經紀執照的Jupiter證券，上述執照對聯昌集團和中國銀河國際金融控股（China Galaxy）的聯營非常重要，以在我國投入營運。

報導指出，聯昌集團有意將所有經紀業務投放在與中國銀河國際金融控股的聯營公司中。雖然聯昌集團目前持有經紀執照，但該執照只限旗下的投資銀行臂膀。

On 17 October 2016, we announced the proposal to enter into a strategic partnership with China Galaxy International Financial Holdings Limited (“China Galaxy International”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Galaxy Securities Co. Ltd. (“China Galaxy Securities”), in the cash equities business comprising institutional and retail brokerage, equities research and associated securities businesses (“Proposed Partnership”).

China Galaxy Securities had on 24 March 2017, announced the passing of resolutions by its Board of Directors in connection with the Proposed Partnership, through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. CIMB notes this positive development and will continue its discussions with China Galaxy International on the Proposed Partnership, with a target to execute the definitive agreements by 2Q2017.
