it is a because of call warrant ma. If not mistaken, all call warrant issued at 15c. So IB must make sure all warrant below that price loh. No need payout. So, in order to break the bank, buy mother share kau kau loh. If will go up to a point when IB feel useless to suppress the price and start to hedge with mother shares. Then hibiscus will be on viagra......

If got many sifu and retail buyers, shouldn't it rocket up like Dayang already?
