吉隆坡7日讯）成功机构（BJCORP，3395，主板工业股）新任总执行长再里尔拉希德的改革计划仍在继续，博彩业也成为脱售目标之一！

马银行投行研究在最新的分析报告中透露，再里尔打算以高价出售成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板消费股）旗下的多多大马（Sports Toto Malaysia），以及成功菲律宾（Berjaya Philippines）旗下的大部分业务。

再里尔披露，在未来3年的业务重整计划中，打算以约40亿令吉的价格出售多多大马。

分析员特别指出，此价格甚至已高于成功多多的市值。

成功多多市值目前约为27亿令吉。

分析员也认为，根据多多大马疫情前的业绩，该公司的估值约为32亿令吉。

菲律宾业务下市出售

另一方面，再里尔也打算将成功多多持股88%的成功菲律宾，从菲律宾证券交易所下市，后出售其大部分业务，仅保持环境清洁业务。

至于透过成功菲律宾间接持有的英国H.R. Owen汽车代理，则料被纳入母公司成功机构旗下。

然而，再里尔并未透露，如何处置成功多多旗下另一家子公司——国际彩票与累加器系统公司（International Lottery & Totalizator Systems Inc）。

分析员预算，若新管理层的计划能完整落实，成功多多的每股价值，在最理想情况下或达4.25令吉，比当前股价高出116%！

“不过，我们无法确信再里尔的全盘计划能实现。”

惟分析员相信，此番计划已凸显了成功多多的价值，因此继续给予“买入”评级，和2.37令吉目标价。
