Puncak Niaga Holdings will get a new buyer for Xinnuo Water (Binzhou) Co Ltd, which is involved in the treatment of wastewater and related services. Binzhou is 100% owned by Sino Water Pte Ltd, which in turn is a 98.65% subsidiary of Puncak. To recap, Sino Water had on Oct 31 entered into a framework agreement with Laodian Town People’s Government and Zhonghuan Hengrun (Beijing) Environmental Technology Co Ltd for the proposed disposal of Binzhou for CNY7.6m (RM4.6m).

Since M'sia gov is pro-China business now, I think the China wastewater treatment firm deal will come off quickly than Triplc.

I forsee, Rozali (if he is Umno cronies), he is dragging for Selangor to go back to BN. The Puncak transition happened on last election. Now it's happening again in coming election. Coincident?
