If a counter dives down due to bad sentiments all across the board, then most likely it's just a knee jerk reaction.

But if it dives when the market is good or neutral, then most likely something bad is happening behind the curtain.

I'm still holding at 1 sen paper loss which translates to -28.57% LOL but it's okay because the maturity date is roughly two years away and 3.5 sen is a decent cost for me.

I've been holding since 0.87. On hind sight I should've let it go at 1.70 but greed took the better of me LOL!

I bought the warrants at the wrong time last year when it was priced at 0.08 and I had to cut my losses down to almost half but I went in again last Wednesday at 0.035 but this time I went in bigger than before and I'll continue to hold until the mother peaks.

According to one of the workers of SD Bintulu:

1. SD stopped paying EPF contribution since last year.
2. The last salary received by employees was back in June and even then it was paid in half only.
3. Employees' OT compensations from Jan '22 till June '22 are yet to be received.

BAU? I seriously doubt it.

The end looks very likely for SD.

If you join supporters Telegram group, you can see a photo and a video of SD workers picketing because they have been unpaid for a few months already. One of the staffs explained to the picketers that the it wasn't Bintulu HR that with held their money and in fact even they themselves are still not being paid by the HQ.

BAU as usual? I seriously doubt it.

I bought at 0.475 today because it stayed at that price for quite a while but it went down rather quickly during the noon session.

Regardless of today's price movement, I'll still hold my shares unless the price goes down to 0.415.

Despite being red, Optimax actually closed just above the ema20 support. Let's go!

First of all, optimax business is replaceable! Personally seeing competitive business not only at private sectors but also private wing offers by government hospitals. Why there is private wing at government hospitals? This is part of the incentive offers by the government to retain talents in government services.

Personally seeing economic recession around the corner! Not many RAKYAT could afford the expensive cost at the private hospitals. That’s why you could see many patients queueing up at government hospitals or clinics. These are not uncommon scenarios resulting the appointments for elective surgeries as long as three to six months time.

Recent fact findings at few government hospitals revealing up to 30% of government patients willing to pay the extra charges in order to get the surgery done instantly at private wing of government hospitals! This extra charges are at way affordable price compared to private hospitals. Of course, these patients enjoy the benefits of choosing the most senior consultant or specialist to perform the surgeries for them. Not to forget the ICU backup is way better than private hospitals. Ever since KPMG raised red flag against Serba, all of a sudden it lost the ability to secure multi million projects, failed to service its payment commitments and it's no more gaining profits.

So much for calling KPMG a "shoplot auditor", I don't think Serba is even fit to be called a roadside stall.

Serba is almost 40% cheaper than the debt-laden Sapura Energy.

KPMG was right and so too was EY.

From 2.43 to 3 sen in 30 months, there's nothing left to be said anymore.

Serba breached the repayment scheme that was stated in the Consent Order. In other words, SD isn't bankrupt but it definitely doesn't have the financial capability to repay its numerous loans.

The court has appointed an interim liquidator for SD yesterday. If you have been an EPL fan since at least 2017, you will be accustomed to the term "interim manager". Just as the name implies, an interim football manager is a person who is appointed by the club to manage the team while the club is searching for a permanent manager.

The interim liquidator will take control of SD and its subsidiaries while waiting for the full appointment of a liquidator. Once a liquidator has been appointed, this will 99.99% end up in one thing: winding up the company.

When that time comes, whatever valuation that SD gave to its assets before will be negligible. It will be up to the liquidator and the potential buyers to value SD's assets as they deem fit. Price knock down is an understatement as usually liquidators will sell assets at deep discounts but still avoiding rock bottom so that cash or its equivalent can be secured quickly.

From 2.43 to 0.05 in 30 months, I don't know how anyone can defend that.

Sold all at 0.96 last week. Lost 6% aka RM600 not including fees. That's life.

Don't follow me, I have my own reasons for still holding KYM.

I was super late to the party at 0.86. Nearly sold it at 1.14 yesterday as that will sort out my home financing for the next 8 months but the momentum was quite fierce so I opted to wait for a little longer.

I don't want to get my hopes up high but if SFP can reach 2.55, I can pay off the rest of my home financing and be eligible for 4.2% rebate and live literally debt-free before 45 :D

Anyone who bought TG at RM 4 back in 2020 and is still holding until today and somehow claims he/she is still earning profits from TG is a big fat liar, unless that person bought only 1 lot at RM 4 in 2020 and bought 1000 more lots at RM 0.95 last Friday.
