For some reason, SD had no problems with its business back in 2020 when Covid-19 was rampant and many international borders were closed, in fact its Q4 2020 recorded SD's highest profit of RM202 million since the first day it was listed on BSKL back in 2016 but the numbers severely swindled down ever since KPMG raised red flags against them in May 2021.

31-03-2020 - RM 134 million
30-06-2020 - RM 148 million
30-09-2020 - RM 148 million
31-12-2020 - RM 202 million
31-03-2021 - RM 113 million
30-06-2012 - RM 15 million (sudden big drop after KPMG raised red flag)
30-09-2021 - RM -42 million

SD has made a profit of almost RM1.9 billion since
30-09-2016 but RM766 million has been wiped out from its three most recent QRs.

SD's only saving grace at the moment is if all the bankers unanimously agree to its repayment scheme proposal tomorrow.

I have no qualms if SD wants to venture into new business but I don't know if the top guns in SD realize it or not but SD's core business is O&G and anyone with at least half a brain cell must properly question why do we hardly hear SD securing O&G projects worth at least RM20 million after KPMG raised red flags against SD?

Should've sold yesterday adoiii now -1 sen loss.

I guess I'll just hold it for the next round of dividends.

I don't know how SD are going to come up with a "100% return" scheme of arrangement that will satisfy their creditors when they couldn't even afford to pay Awantec ~RM21 million to complete the purchase of an 8-storey building in Cyberjaya just 7 months ago.

If SD somehow manage to pull this off successfully, and that's a huge IF, you can't do anything but to give credit to DK and his loyal minions LOL!

Sardin81's TP of RM3 will have to wait for many years to come since his beloved Borsig will no longer be KNM's crown jewel.

Back in 2019, I was one of KNM's staunch supporters. I really looked up to sardin81 because he seems to know almost everything about KNM's core business, especially Borsig.

Along the journey, sardin81 was severely affected by constant criticisms directed toward him. Some of them were justified while many of them were just cynical drivels but the ones which were on point made really good sense; if Borsig was really that good, it would be reflected in KNM's price. Sardin81 also hates people who took profit when KNM's share price increased, which to me was really weird and I personally took that as a red flag against sardin81. He also hated paktua because that old fellow loves to swing in between KNM's fluctuating price LOL!

Alas, sardin81 had to resort to blaming shorties for KNM's shameful price, a tactic which he won't hesitate to pull off when other people questioned KNM's ability.

I will praise sardin81 for two things though;

1. His knowledge in KNM's core business.
2. His influence in bringing down Mr Lee, who he affectionately refered to as General Lee in the past.

With this latest news, I think there's less than 1% chance for sardin81 and/or nedgeon to come out from his/their hiding place, which considering all things at the moment, might suit both of them best.

I can't complain much though, I earned 280% from KNM and my last advice for sardin81 also caused him to disappear from this thread ever since.

sardin81, my old partner in this counter back in 2019, you do know if I show your post to the SC, they might call you to meet them and and ask you to clarify how short sellers are able to cover their positions during this temporary suspension?

You've been blaming KNM's dismal price on Lee and short sellers since 2019. You got it right with Lee but you're wrong on short sellers since 2019.

I know you have a good heart and I want you to know there's nothing wrong with accepting that we make mistakes. That is better than giving other people false information.

sardin81 Even if short selling is suspended, it can still be perform if you have alot of shares with you leaving no trace when you cover position at the end of the day. The easiest way to fight them is, do nothing because they need to cover sales position, the share price will automatically go back up again at the end of the day. The panic sellers are the one causing all the troubles, they cut loss and let the short-sellers cover their positions with cheap shares.

I have no problem with SD resorting to selling their assets in order to pay their debts. Many successful businessmen do the same thing too.

I am more concerned with the fact that ever since KPMG raised red flags against SD, SD seem to secure small projects only. No more securing projects worth hundred million ringgits. How are they going to pay off their debts? RM2 billion is no joke, unless DSN chips in 2.6b LOL!

Nobody can guarantee what will surely happen tomorrow but we all know what has already happened today, and with today's knowledge along with previous info on SD, we can make a calculated guess on what might happen tomorrow but one thing is for sure, those who stayed out of SD when KPMG raised red flags can sleep very well tonight LOL!

It took Sapura Energy 2.5 years to hit 11sen from RM1.60 but it only took SD one full year to achieve this feat, and they might be able to achieve it sooner had Bursa not suspend them for almost 7 months LOL!

Anyone here knows a way on how to view this forum in its previous style?

At this rate, pearlwhite's SD holding value has already gone down to at least -60% if not more LOL!
