2017, what else could sapnrg sell at that time other than their most prized assets. Initially want to list the upstream but market was so so bad even listing will not help. Everyone knows. So got to sell to omv at a huge discount. With the price of oil now on hindsight most people shd realise they lost a gem.
Having said that 30sen is still cheap. The only trouble is the excessive large amount of outstanding shares. Real drag on eps and further price upside. The more it move the more dangerous it becomes.
Better stick with armada. Earnings visible. Good news coming in slowly. No more impairments. In fact waiting for impairments writebacks ect.

Out of sapnrg. Sudden up prompt me to take profits, kfc also ok. I m not that sure it can produce decent profits or even back to black this dec qtr. Most likely still in the red with some improvements.
People must understand sapnrg. It was in deep shit of huge debts previously. Being too big to fail PNB pump in billions to keep it afloat.
But such actions had a big drawback. While it prevented the company from going under it created a humongous number of shares or its equivalent. This will drive down eps or keep eps low even with large no of projects.
I m also worried that pnb might decided to cash in when the share price is above 30sen. Pnb and other gov inv funds are in a hurry to raise some cash for the gov as gov is in need of funds to proceed with their reform. Last year they have been busy putting out fires like th felda ltat and the latest buying up highways.
They also need to show performance like start giving better dividends esp kwsp which need cash. This may prompt them to play short term. Pump pump unload. In fact they kind of let known that after the change of gov they were not allow to do much trades causing them to make much less last year.
To improve on the eps there is only one way that i can see for things to happen in the future. Consolidation of shares. 5 to 1 or even 10 to 1. So as to reduce the outstanding shares and drive the share price up.
But the million dollar question is when will it happen. 30sen 40 sen 60sen or 1rm.
The same scenario applies to velesto. The higher it goes the more likely the scenario will happen.
