The high gearing and the need for liquidity for further contracts bidding was raised earlier. The bod have stated they have other ways of raising cash but RI is not on the cards.

Sapura suffers from execution problems.
Apparently they replaced a number of their employees with Indian nationals and Bangladeshis thinking cheap labour.
But these inexperienced workers couldn't carry out the jobs properly. Thus a lot of cost overrun and eventually losses. Yinson are well known for their good execution. Thus they command much better market valuation.

Its a known fact and common knowledge that upgrading works runs into billion. That's why Shell sold it off at rm2.90 (or less). Its a big gamble committing such a huge sum. People who are not aware of this shd not be buying shares. Better go genting.

The directors are no santa or savior. They are not kind hearted souls. They will play u up down left right until u lost all. They will eat u up before u even realise it.

At the same time there is no way small fish like us can push up the price. We r at their mercy. Only they however bad and unscrupulous can push up. So we still got to thank them for allowing us to earn some morsels.

Today's share trade is extremely fishy. Why buy at 76 sen when you could hv bought at 755, why sell at 75 when it could easily done at 755?

Simle reason being very few W scripts floating.
I m not surprised if they have been slowly unloading the mother. Most people wd be buying the mother. One day the W price may even b higher than the mother. Makes no sense in terms of pricing but perfect scenario if u want to unload the mother.
