I am afraid that you are wrong about the conversion ratio. It didnt mention 1.32 conversion ratio. RM 1.32 is conversion price, that you pay for 1 LA convert to 1 YTL Land share. Hope you can show me the paragraph that mention the conversion ratio. Else, your calculation is flawed and misleading.

vaentec, FED tapering will not have direct impact on hua yang right? i dun think a lot of foreign funds have Hua yang's shares. However, tapering will indirectly affect market sentiment and retails investors may rush to sell out. Budget 2014 and recent subsidy rationalisation plans (higher petrol price, etc) by govenment have more direct impact on Hua Yang... hope it will rebound before June2014.
