basically, this related party transaction where ekovest buy over rm1.1 b worth of land from IWH exceed the value of more than 5% of ekovest market cap. then must go thru extra red tape, as stated in Bursa main market listing Requirements

Since the sale was based on ekovest price of 79.31 sen then, got good chance Ekovest price shd at least equal 79 sen soon..or deal could be in jeopardy..i think...

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and Astramina wish to announce that following the adjustments made to the Total Purchase Consideration vide the Supplemental Agreements entered into by TTSB and the Company (as the case may be) with IWH on 10 January 2020, the highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Acquisitions pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements, calculated based on the revised Total Purchase Consideration over the market value of all Ekovest Shares (based on its five (5)-day VWAP up to and including LTD of RM0.7931 per Share) is now 52.78%. The highest percentage ratio for the Proposed Acquisitions, when aggregated with the Acquisition of PLS from SASB, is also 52.78%.

i think all the past unpleasant incidents due to ,misunderstanding of Roger3210, is not an individual trader acting for himself, he most likely act for his fund, so we have to interpret his msg differently or just ignore his msg, look at actual price charts..
