Breaking of 20 n maintaining it is important to see an uptrend.
Last friday it managed to go high at 18.5 before closing at 18.
Technically it sounds alright at this moment of time.

Weak closing for last week and this week.
Technically doesn't sound good.
Momentum is decreasing.

Techincally speaking, the price trend is intact and target to break 20 is imminent in coming days.
Judging at the core business of the company, diversification is important.
Target is to relieve itself from PN17 is equally important. I believe that the BOD is working hard on this.
As trw is Friday, normally the price will either sustainable or retrace slightly. If there is a significant uptrend of breaking 20 and sustainable in coming days, we can confirm that some major dealing is on the table.
Our next stop will be 24-26. Lets hope for a good outcome.

Yesterday closing at 25.5c. Need to monitor further next week. Expecting to close at 26 but it went below. Looks like more pp is issued to raise fund. Basically in the last 2-3 weeks, we saw pp was raised at 28, 24.5 & 27. Raising pp for expanding business is good but raising it for running expenses is otherwise. Technically still need to see the price move to the range of 30. Well that depend on the projected outcome of the digital projects that they are bidding. Hope to hear some good news in coming days.
