Tsh results depend on these
1) Whether Rm273 Millions Cash (final cash tranche from Kalimantan land sold on time)
2) How much actual profit from FFB/Cpo and Refinery operation
3) How much bank interest saved (Now debt only Rm95 Mil. Was Rm1.35 billions)
In any case TSH is now a very lean co with little debt (Rm95 mil) and soon debt free
Plus its Assets in Nusantara (94,700 acres) still appreciating in value
Since Cash inflow continues and no more debt worries Tsh can certainly give another dividend like Inno

CASH OR EARNINGS CONVERTED TO REAL GOOD SOLID ASSETS - SO HIGH NTA REFLECTED IN BOOK VALUE.
As he is already old he slows down. He takes less risk. He looks for Capital Preservation First with a View to Growth. But usually things are more settled as he is no longer as hungry like he was as a fresh graduate once.

JAKARTA – The government plans to allocate a staggering Rp 40.6 trillion (US$2.6 billion) in next year’s proposed state budget for the construction of the country’s Nusantara Capital City (IKN) project in East Kalimantan.
At least Rp 35 trillion, or 86.2 percent of the total amount, is earmarked for the Public Works and Housing Ministry to develop vital infrastructure, including a VVIP airport. The remaining funds are designated for other relevant ministries to develop the necessary facilities in the new capital, including a hospital.
Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati told reporters on Wednesday that the funds were intended to develop critical infrastructure for the nation’s administrative complex, as well as housing for civil servants required to relocate from Jakarta to the new capital.
“Our priority in 2024, ahead of moving the capital, is for us to see that the government complex and supporting [facilities] can be [completed] next year,” Sri Mulyani told a press briefing on the proposed 2024 state budget.
President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s second and final term ends in October 2024, which means this is the last year he can direct resources toward erecting the new capital. The President aims to celebrate next year’s Indonesian Independence Day in Nusantara.
Public Works and Housing Minister Basuki Hadimuljono also addressed the briefing on Wednesday, saying that the IKN development project was estimated to cost at least Rp 65.5 trillion between 2022 and 2024.
In previous years, the government allocated Rp 26.72 trillion in 2023 and Rp 5.24 trillion in 2022 to the project.
Sri Mulyani also made assurances that, considering that the new capital was a long-term project, the role of the state budget would gradually diminish and give way to other funding sources beyond the state coffers.
“We have been supporting the IKN Authority to design projects that use public-private partnerships, thus reducing immediate reliance on state budget [funds] and aligning with the long-term fiscal capacity of the state budget,” she said.
Public works minister Basuki said the Nusantara development project had reached 30 percent completion and vowed that the priority stages of the project would be completed by next July.
These encompassed the presidential palace, a ceremonial space for hosting new year’s Independence Day celebrations, the offices of the four coordinating ministers and the state secretariat, as well as vertical housing for civil servants, members of the Indonesian Military (TNI) and National Police personnel.
Basuki also announced that construction would commence next month on 47 towers as dedicated housing for civil servants, though only 12 towers were expected to be completed by July 2024.
To date, the ministry had finished construction on Sepaku Semoi Dam, which would supply water to the new capital, and planned to proceed with building the city’s water treatment plant.
Earlier on Wednesday, President Jokowi announced the government’s plan to allocate Rp 422.7 trillion out of next year’s infrastructure budget for development purposes that included the new capital, stadium renovations, roadwork and healthcare facilities

Actually assigning Rm10,000 per acre value for Kutai/Nusantara lands still too low.
Up north in Kutai East is Bulugan Regency which Tsh sold 32,000 acres for Rm731.09 millions which is about Rm22,800 per acre.
Tsh sold these lands for Rm731.09 millions and made Rm465 millions while it's cost was Rm266 millions
Since Kutai now transformed into Nusantara the new capital of Indonesia it will see more development and one day prices of land here might rise up like those of Putrajaya

2) Present Wealth.
Represented by Growing Companies with Proven Income. Usually healthy PRESENT Growth that is visible. This is like a mature man in his 30s to 40s. He has bought his house & car. But the bulk of his monies still invested in his growing business.
So his wealth is still being generated in the present.
This is popular growth stocks.
Calvin will buy some. On one condition. He looks for a fair price to enter. Best is during a market crash or overlooked by the market.
BUT CALVIN WON'T PAY A HIGH PRICE FOR THEM WHEN PRICES ARE INTO OVERVALUATION. IF YOU OVERPAY FOR ANYTHING. CHANCES ARE THEY WILL UNDERPERFORM THE MARKET FOR A LONG TIME TO COME LATER.
3) Past Wealth.
This is an old matured person in his 50s, 60s, 70s or even 80s
He once was a young graduate with Vision. He moved on to be a very successful businessman in his prime. So he has used his earnings to buy lots and lots of Assets like Lands, properties, warehouses, shophouses & other investments of Value. CASH OR EARNINGS CONVERTED TO REAL GOOD SOLID ASSETS - SO HIGH NTA REFLECTED IN BOOK VALUE.
As he is already old he slows down. He takes less risk. He looks for Capital Preservation First with a View to Growth. But usually things are more settled as he is no longer as hungry like he was as a fresh graduate once.
So I avoid buying stocks with "future growth" hype. Selectively buying Present Growth Stock if I SEE VALUE. And love buying into PAST WEALTH STOCKS OF IMMENSE VALUE SELLING AT DEEP DEEP DISCOUNT
I avoid the young man company with hope of future wealth. I will buy some (only selectively) the mature company of present wealth if they sell at reasonable prices. I concentrate on Deep Value Stocks of PAST ACCUMULATED WEALTH SELLING AT DEEP DISCOUNT

At this juncture we must look at LTAT overall indebtedness
go see again Boustead balance sheet
it has Rm7 billions loans
Rm3 billions payables
about Rm10 billions and interest at 5% alone is Rm50 millions per year
plus Ltat taking over Boustead cost Rm700 millions
Bhic and pharma both got impaired balance sheet so both need help
As for Affin Bank it has given out it's best dividends
only Assets remain is Bplant
yes bplant can sell it's assets piecemeal but LTAT under heavy constrain does not have the leisure to wait
now selling Bplant as an entity looks more urgent
however, these are all suppositions that keep all in suspense
For Klk taking over Ijmplant from Ijm corp was straightforward and deal was done in no time
I would prefer This Bplant to keep listed and see it's full Enterprize Value unfold over years
however nothing is clear yet and just enjoy the ride
After Ijm plant now is Bplant
and the story does not end here
it shall continue on and on with other palm oil companies with deep hidden value
in time past there were excitement when these were take private like Guthrie, Austral Enterprize, Golden Hope Plant, Unico Desa, Tradewind, Tmakmur, Kulim, Kwantas and Ijmplant
more will come in future months and years
