this counter is long term keep. as your FD also keep for 3% but this counter can get 10%. why not to keep here? remember nothing impossible who know DAIMAN will be one of the top 10 share for future? we could not predict on any in future. in market share nothing call NO RISK. If not risk all no need working just stay at market enough.

Alfred Aun for your case cause you haven't own the share can wait for the election first. see how the situation no need rush on it to come in. for who have already in hand can consider to buy in again while pricing is drop cause can help to pull down the buy in price which is higher while they bought before. This counter having a lot project at johor iskandar i could not say is secure but is have bright opportunity cause Land is singapore is less all target on johor now. property is major invest on this year.

房產熱點南移
在房地產熱點方面,鄭水興發現投資者的焦點有往南移的傾向。
鄭水興指出,中國藉著各種經濟活動向東南亞國家招商,日本已計劃在今年進軍東南亞市場,連美國也出訪緬甸,積極跟東南亞打交道。
即使我國本身投資熱點也往南移至柔佛依斯干達。
依斯干達大熱

(吉隆坡2日訊)馬星集團(MAHSING,8583,主板產業組)以合理出價收購雪州土地發展房產計劃,乘上巴生河流域捷運的順風車,分析員紛紛看好這項計劃。
昨日馬星宣佈以8千500萬令吉收購雙溪毛糯6.55英畝土地,以發展總值約8億令吉的白沙羅中環(D'sara Sentral)房產計劃。有關土地位於雙溪毛糯大馬橡膠研究院(RRIM)即將興建的捷運車站對面,將是巴生河流域第一個與捷運進行直接連接的發展計劃,發展期為3至5年。
達證券指出,雙溪毛糯商用地段叫價每平方呎115至200令吉,馬星的出價為偏高的298令吉,但考慮到鄰近捷運和4倍地積比率,該公司的出價仍屬合理範疇。
“而且,土地成本僅佔發展總值的11%,這項計劃的稅前盈利賺幅達20至25%,仍算不俗。"該行分別將2014和2015財政年盈利預測調高1.2%和3.9%。
馬銀行研究認為,該公司的出價合理,土地座落地點理想,因此分別將2014和2015財政年盈利預測調低0.2%和調高2%,每股估值也上修7仙,帶動目標價略增5仙。
豐隆研究在納進附加股活動、白沙羅中環和其他新產業計劃的影響後,將每股估值調低8.7%,並依據購地速度加快、產業計劃迅速達到收支平衡、依斯干達房產計劃等利好,將目標價略為調低1仙。
“馬星近期股價上揚後,總回酬不到10%,因此我們調低評級至`守住’。"

Mah Sing: Planning RM800m project in Sg Buloh. Mah Sing Group is planning a mixed development project with an RM800m GDV in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. It has bought 2.6ha of land near the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia (RRIM) for RM85m for the project, called D'sara Sentral. Mah Sing said the project is located diagonally opposite the upcoming MY Rapid Transit (MRT) station next to the RRIM land and will be developed over three to five years. D'sara Sentral's three components include small office versatile office, retail space and serviced residences. It will be linked to the MRT station via a pedestrian bridge. (Business Times)
