I got no intention to buy at this price bf right and also have to wait until long for collecting back at low but definitely hav to wait long until the corporate exercise effect cooling off... therefore, my intention is jus my view on this as per past experience....

Insas reports lower EPS 3.57 as comparing to EPS 8.87 in the recent 1st qtr Nov 2014..except manufacturing (inari), the rest of the business profit is either declined or loss... alamak.. interesting??? worrying instead???

i more concern it will call off the deal due to recent set back in the palm oil and petrol prices! but no matter how the outcome... The "1 bil story of BJ Con" has been confirmed!!!!... kikikikikikikiki

I personally earn big bf when insas price up from 0.54 to 1.25... and follow up its developments all the times...till now... i dun have any insas shares now... perhaps its so evaluation is so attractive. as R.moi say... but... the trend for it is not there....and the recent exercise proven my view is correct... and i have went thro few round of all there free warrants and RPS in other counters...and trained on this....

A lot of people....dun understand the exercise ...the head and tail...ai.. jus buy here and there.... if u have much money, jus donate it la...dun waste at here...

yr tot cost is 1220 for the RPS>.. The existing shareholder will get the right free but they still need to top up 1k when the submission to registrat... if they choose not to submit... they will lose the chances for the 2 "free" warrants!!...

One u pay 220 in the open market, u get the right to subscribe to the RPS..!!!! 220 pay is for the right... when at the closing date, u need to top up RM 1k on it during yr submission to the registrat... alamak....

The actual RPS with warrants will be listed as scheduled in Mar...15... This is white form!

If the prices for the white form for PR is 0.215-0.22, when come to payment date..bf 13 Feb.. u have to top up another RM 1000...the total cost is approx 1220..with the interest of RM 40 per annum... your return is jus 3.3%. Fyi.. this PR prices may drop to lowest when nr the 13 Feb!!!... Alamak!!!
